平心而論，這家住宿優缺點都有，都稍微説一下吧。優點：地點很好，位於半山腰，可以俯瞰整個塔川秋色，距離塔川景點的紅葉林觀景台很近，離免費的盧古觀景台也很近，酒店頂樓的視野也很好。對於想主要遊覽塔川的真的很適合。老闆人很好，給介紹了非常靠譜的司機師傅，使我不會開車也可以玩的很方便。房間衞生情況還不錯。隔音效果不錯，晚上安靜。空調給力，晚上很暖和。熱水也足。早飯挺好吃的，簡單也豐富。
缺點：可能服務的品質可以提升一下。首先，前台經常是沒有人的，好像沒有專人定時負責接待，這方面比較隨意。至少我入住和退房都是打掃衞生的阿姨幫我辦理。老闆偶爾出現，但很多時候好像是去別的店了。房間不是每天都打掃的，垃圾也沒有倒，可能是阿姨疏忽了。客棧有個餐廳，口味還不錯，但廚師營業時間也不固定，有一次我下午六點吃上了，另一天下午五點半去則是關門的，衹好走下去再找餐廳（雖然也不遠，走五分鐘左右）。建議入住這裏的朋友提前和老闆聯繫溝通確認一下吃飯的事情。
簡而言之這是家地理位置很不錯的民宿，老闆人也很好，但經營管理上目前確實比較簡單，沒有太多酒店式的服務，不過最核心的旅遊和住宿需求都可以滿足。
在這裏的三天還是很愉快的，謝謝，希望客棧越做越好。

帥哥老闆脾氣很好，不過分熱情但又有問必答，非常舒服。房間在山半腰，直接可以看到對面景區裏的秋色，早上晨霧繚繞非常美！

老闆如果拍一下週邊環境，感覺全年都不會有淡季了
到宏村自駕3-4min，到黃山40min，俯瞰宏村周邊一大堆景區（塔川、宏村、奇墅湖…
老闆娘人超好，我媽早上吃不慣辣的配菜，老闆娘直接拆了一大包雪菜，還炒一下給我們！而且第二天的配菜直接換成了榨菜和雪菜（我媽還薅了院子裏的三個桃子哈哈哈 很甜的

看了前面的評論定的，但是不巧正好碰到前面一個老闆把民宿盤出去了，過度期間，服務很差，衞生也不好，也沒有飯吃，早餐還要要隔壁民宿去吃，還是室外的，不能到室內去，在冷風裡吃早飯，冷死。希望後面一個老闆能打理好吧，本來定了兩晚，後面那個老闆挺講道理，可以退一晚。

民宿位置好，過馬路斜對面就是塔川景點入口。停車很方便，有自己的停成場。老闆熱情服務好，為我們提行李箱送到車上，點贊👍👍。沖涼熱水很好，早餐也可以。

酒店位置優越便利，就在塔川觀景台，距離宏村5分鐘車程，酒店住宿環境，衞生條件，自然景觀都秒殺宏村裡麪和宏村附近的酒店，隨便透過窗外就能看日出和日落，景色絕美，安靜又愜意。老闆一家人很好，做菜也很好吃，而且價格非常經濟實惠，比在黃山其他景區吃的好太多了，沒有預製菜，都是現炒。當初本來是奔着宏村來的，但是共存太吵了，而且進出不方便，如果不是因為住這裏，可能看一眼宏村就走了，總之這兩天住的特別好，誠摯推薦給大家！！！！祝生意興隆。照片裏的風景都是站在酒店拍的。
