The hotel is ideally located, just a five-minute walk from Hongcun, though taxis can't come directly to the entrance; they have to stop about 200 meters away, so you'll need to walk a bit to catch one. The room facilities are a bit old-fashioned, and being on the second floor without an elevator, it was nice that the staff helped with luggage. They also provide electric scooter service to the bus station, which was great. The room size was decent, and the bathroom was large with a bathtub. Overall, the value for money is pretty good.

Everything is excellent. The owner came out to the entrance and drove our luggage to the hotel. He did the same when we left. So our big luggage bags weren’t a problem. We had a very comfortable stay for 3 nights. They have a washer for laundry which suits our needs. The owner also has a very quaint cafe just around the corner. We had a great time chilling there for 2 afternoons and even had dinner there. Highly recommended!

Not too far from Hongcun's West Gate, about a 15-minute walk. The hygiene was good, and the room was spacious. It had a loft, which was perfect for families. Unfortunately, there's no elevator, but the landlady was wonderful and enthusiastically helped us carry our luggage up to the room.
