民宿位置靠近烏馬河廣場，很安靜的一個小區，距離南山森林公園蠻近，附近超市和吃飯的地方也很多。不過這邊吃飯都很早，國慶節晚上真是跑了好幾個餐廳才吃上飯。
衞生：蠻乾淨的
服務：房東態度挺好的
整體來説，住在這邊氣候蠻濕潤的，附近很多長者還會去山上挖蘑菇，挺好玩的
