I have been struggling whether to book a few days at the Metropark Hotel for a vacation, so I booked one day to try it out. As soon as I checked in, I was immediately impressed by the hotel's environment and service. I stayed for 2 more days at night. We had a pleasant 4-day and 3-night holiday at the Metropark. Special thanks to the supervisor at the service desk, who was serious, careful, and patient in helping our group of 9 people. The room in Building 2 is not only large in size, but also has a balcony, where you can see the rain and fog in the distant mountains, which is very beautiful. The customer service here is top of the line. We stayed here after hiking Mingyue Mountain. It was a rainy day and our clothes and shoes were soaked. When we asked if they had a clothes drying service they were happy to help. They took our wet clothes and washed them and they brought us two shoe dryers that got shoes dry in less than an hour. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and general manager stopped by to greet us and help ensure our order was correct since our mandarin is not strong. The food was quite tasty. We had the spicy beef with celery, stir fried noodles, cabbage and eggplant with green beans. The spa here is also very relaxing and great for sore legs after a long hike.
