The hotel is attempting to portray itaelf as a 5 star hotel, but it doesnt quite live uo to that standard. while they may be offering upscale amenties and a polished exterior, the overall experience feels lacking in the finer details that typically define a true 5 star hotel. It feels more like a 4 star property rather than a true 5 star experience

Room is great, buffet breakfast and dinner are good.
Upgraded one buffet dinner to have it at Zen Garden and we loved it.
Two nights was not enough for us to enjoy the hotel, will definitely go back again.

This hotel is great. Staff are friendly, room is extremely clean with great views. The onsen and its facilities are also good for a retreat or family getaway.

The service as well as the food was fantabulous and professional. The room was clean and warm. The staff were kind and hospitable. We will definitely pay another visit and recommend the hotel to friends. No cap!
