Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast included of MOS burger coupon. A walking distance from the center downtown. Prior to check-in you will receive a call from the staff of hotel that you need to take the key first to the other hotel (MU TANG XIU HOTEL) which is a 3min drive by car or 13min walk before you can enter to this reserved hotel and i find it disadvantage for me. Anyways, the entire stay is comfortable and with a free parking.

Terrible communication or no instruction to access building.
On arrival, found a locked door to bld and no way to communicate to host except making an international call into Taiwan to speak to a non English speaking conversation.
2 drawers in room filled with used tissue papers.
Bed & breakfast with no English instruction for breakfast except a tiny paper bag on bed with 2 small packs of crisp and 2 small can/pack of drink.
Found a small fridge and water dispenser on next floor up stair landing.
1 ceiling light above bathroom wall mirror and wash basin not working.

第一次入住此處，在宜蘭礁溪算是CP質很高的溫泉民宿！在Trip.com預定平日超優惠👍 除了有免費停車場、還有摩斯漢堡早餐，地點超級方便，如果改善以下幾點會更棒：
1，一進大門，煙味很重（建議用臭氧機除臭）
2，404房 電視液晶螢幕故障
3，咖啡包應放在房內，避免被客人一次全拿走（我們出門回來時，發現一包都不剩了，都還沒喝到呢）

入住體驗很不好，一進門冷氣像工地電鑽一樣大聲(冷氣在進門前就開著)，馬上跟沐湯屋櫃台反映(入住需要先到另一間民宿沐湯屋拿鑰匙再開車去彤林民宿入住)，櫃台說今天滿房所以會叫水電來修，但是等了一小時還沒來，持續性的噪音太難受所以又打給櫃檯詢問水電工要到了嗎，櫃台說要再等一下，然後說如果暫時無法維修不知道折價可不可以= =，噪音有68分貝待一小時已經快瘋了還想要我待一整晚? 我猜之前有房客應該就是接受了自己默默忍受才會養出這麼過分的業者，因為進房前冷氣就開著表示他們早就知道冷氣的問題。然後又提議說全額退我們再自己出去找別間，我們是連假去的宜蘭，就是已經訂不到房才訂到他們家，是要我去哪裡找房!! 覺得很委屈，後來打電話終於問到了空房，雖然也是普普但至少沒有噪音問題，所以最後就收退款現金自己去住別間了。希望業者改善設備，不要讓房客有這樣不好的體驗，也希望房客不要住到這間花錢受罪。

早餐是摩斯，也可以選擇當下午茶卷使用，離鬧區10分鐘多路程，居住的地方沒有交誼廳，但以價格來說整體CP值算不錯
