Hotels in Jiaoxi Station Area/Jiaoxi Hot Spring, Yilan

Took us a while to find the hotel as it is deeper inside the town. Once we were there, we realised that we were on the main street, where there is a lot of food and buzz around. Room is big, with a huge bathtub for a few people using hot spring water. Price is reasonable. Many hotels are nearby, with Jiaoxi public foot bath and night market a few steps away. KFC, Mos Burger, bubble tea etc... There is a famous bakery opposite selling delicious bread all day. Tried the famous 三星葱. Nice town to be in...will consider coming back again.

The hotel was very clean and new, and the service was good – someone even greeted us upon our 8 PM arrival. There's a hot spring available at the hotel, but we didn't use it as it was too hot. The hotel also features a dedicated viewing area. The views from the hotel are excellent! (See picture)

The hotel is slightly away from yilan, but the charming and quiet neighbourhood more than makes up for that. They are many beautiful parks and activities located around (dolphin watching, farms, hot springs). The hotel also provides night snacks for guests to enjoy and mingle. We also spied at the information counter vouchers to the nearby milksha!! Additionally, the hotel is v family friendly, as there is a games room (arcade games like basketball and air hockey, ps4 and switch!) and a library for guests to enjoy. There are also DIY acitvities for guests to sign up for. Lastly, there is a hot bath in every room for all guests to enjoy. Slippers are also provided. Very happy with our stay here!!

We booked Shengpin on a whim after seeing many positive reviews, and Trip.com gave us the best rate. Even over the phone, we could already sense the staff's warmth and friendliness. Upon arrival, we were informed about parking options (both paid and free). The cozy lobby decor instantly captivated our children, who couldn't wait to go upstairs. We stayed in the 'Man Man Wo' room, which featured a large bed and another substantial futon on a tatami platform – perfect for our family. My older daughter loved the hairdryer, and my younger daughter was thrilled with the bathroom. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and wonderfully bright. The common area was well-equipped with water, tea bags, a coffee machine, and kitchen appliances/utensils for guests. The dining area, with its transparent floor-to-ceiling windows, was very pleasant. Though slightly away from the main hustle and bustle, it's only a 3-minute walk to Tangweigou Hot Spring Park and about 10 minutes to the main street – quite convenient! While there was some chatter from other guests in the evening (which is understandable when people are on holiday!), it generally quieted down by 11 PM. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, promptly addressing any concerns and always proactively resolving issues. We're already looking forward to our next 'return home' – we truly felt at home!

The hotel was busy, but thankfully, Vicky was helpful. It was raining, so after parking, I returned to my room to change. Entering the room, it felt like a Japanese onsen ryokan, with plenty of privacy. While the humidity was high, there was a dehumidifier. The beauty hot spring was perfect for soaking. The breakfast was excellent.

The bathroom was slippy at all time. Hope to install some anti slip rubber on the floor. the view was so nice unfortunely is the window was dirty and full with water marks

First time staying here, in Yilan Reef is considered a very high CP quality hot spring B&B! Book on Trip.com for weekdays super discount 👍 In addition to free parking, there is also a Moss burger breakfast, the location is super convenient, if the following improvements would be better: 1, once you enter the main door, the smoke smell is very strong (it is recommended to use an ozone machine to deodorize) Room 2,404 TV LCD screen fault 3. Coffee bags should be placed in the room to avoid being taken away by guests at once (when we came back from the door, we found that there was not a single pack left, and we had not yet drank it).

During the overall stay, the front desk and service docking staff were very polite and friendly, the location is super convenient, and the interior design is very comfortable. However, it happened that the sloppy resident of the female room in the quadruple room did not clean the toilet that was stained with menstrual blood and had to wipe it himself. As for the only moments when I felt uncomfortable, it was before check-out time. In the shared bathroom, the housekeeping staff would use actions to urge me. Halfway through taking a shower in the shared bathroom on the top floor at night, the lights went out in the bathroom at almost ten o'clock and it was dark, that's all.

The price is not expensive, I think the cp value is very high, the bed is very good to sleep, the hot spring is comfortable, the counter staff is very kind, the breakfast is a lot of side dishes, not many types, but I think it is enough! The small complaint is that the toilet paper is a small bag, and the child will use it up at once, even the toilet.
