Dalezhiyi·Xiadolan Winery (Yinchuan)

The Chateau de Chateau de Chadolan is my favorite hotel on this trip to Ningxia! The entire hotel is surrounded by vineyards, and the Helan Mountains are majestic in the distance. It was so beautiful to watch the sunset at dinner in the restaurant👍. The room is warm and comfortable, with seats on the balcony. You can watch the stars at night and overlook the Helan Mountains in the morning. The winery brews its own wine, and the little sister takes the tour and explains, so that the little students can gain knowledge. The little housekeeper Guo Guo is thoughtful and caring, and the arrangements are very in place! Breakfast is booked in advance, there are many options, and it tastes very good. Dinner was booked with the little housekeeper one day in advance. The ingredients are fresh, taste good, and the quantity is sufficient. The dining environment is great! The nights here are very quiet. Our family sits on the balcony and enjoys this cool and comfortable night. It's so comfortable. I love this hotel👍

I hurriedly booked a trip to Yinchuan. When I saw Dalezhiye, I was moved at first sight and started a winery trip that was not originally on the itinerary. It was a little late when I arrived, and I caught the last sunset, which was really beautiful. It was the happiest moment of this trip and was very healing. Thanks to the housekeeper Xiaolan, who was really considerate and quickly prepared wine for us. The red wine and the sunset were so beautiful. I really like the small attic on the second floor. It is beautiful to lie down and watch the stars! I visited the wine cellar the next day and drank several glasses. It was delicious and I loved it!

Food: Breakfast is semi-buffet, and the staple food needs to be determined one night in advance. Freshly squeezed juice, pastries, fruits, etc. will be available for self-service. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the taste is very good. The B&B also provides meals, but it needs to be booked one day in advance. The portion is full and the taste is also very good. Service: The butler will add you to WeChat early and answer questions online throughout the whole process. There is also a butler group, which provides a one-to-one saturated service, and most needs can be solved in time. Inform the butler of the arrival time, and the butler will drive the shuttle bus to the door of the winery to receive you. Room: Free upgrade to the starry sky duplex king bed room A, while retaining the viewing balcony, it is also equipped with a loft directly connected to the rooftop terrace, which is a good place for night stargazing. The room has comfortable bedding, and is equipped with a relatively hard buckwheat pillow and a softer latex pillow. The mini bar is free, and the tea room is equipped with local eight-treasure tea bags. Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. The -1F of the main building is the wine cellar and brewing workshop of the Chateau de Chadolan. You can contact the housekeeper to make an appointment in advance, and the tour is free. Thanks to Master Zhou of the winery, the explanation is very detailed, and many of the explanations are refreshing. I also tasted the original wine directly from the fermentation tank, which is a rare and special experience. I heard that the B&B will open an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which must be good for watching movies. Unfortunately, the schedule is relatively tight and I didn’t have time to visit it properly. Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant trip. The housekeeper Xiaolan was warm, attentive and cute. All the service staff were very kind. It felt like home here. It was originally dusty, but it cleared up in the afternoon. I was lucky to see the bonfire in the store. This time, I stayed for one day because time was tight. You can't drive into the hotel, but you can call the hotel staff to pick you up. The environment is beautiful and the facilities in the house are also very good. There is a winery with good wine, but I think the food is a bit poor. I think I need to work harder for breakfast and dinner. There are fewer types of breakfast, and the bonfire activity is okay. I feel that the service staff has a strong work atmosphere. Maybe they don't want to go to work, which is understandable

The front desk upgraded us to a courtyard suite. The homestay is located at the foot of the Helan Mountains. It is quiet and comfortable. You can visit and learn about the winemaking process and taste each one. The housekeeper Miaomiao is considerate and is responsible for the shuttle bus to the parking space, breakfast and dinner reservations, and bedtime snacks delivered to the room, helping us spend a pleasant holiday.
