Ma Haiying, the front desk staff, took the initiative to help us take a taxi to the Western Xia Royal Tombs and other tourist attractions. Thank you very much. The hotel is located in Yinchuan Cultural City. There is a bus stop on the roadside, which is convenient for getting to Yinchuan Railway Station. It only costs one yuan to get on the bus within the city, and it is only one yuan for any seat. It is very convenient to go to Yuhuang Tower and Drum Tower in the ancient city area to eat mutton soup, shabu-shabu mutton hotpot and Hui food. Worth staying again."

We left our charging cable behind when we checked out, and it was Xiao Liu who carefully noticed and even helped us ship it to our next destination. The hotel's accommodation and dining were both exceptionally comfortable, no wonder the reviews and ratings are so high! Especially the bed and pillows, and the room itself – it was a quiet oasis despite being centrally located. The hotel's location near Gulou is also fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby."

"The soundproofing was absolutely terrible! I specifically requested a room away from the elevator, but they gave me the second room right next to it! I arrived quite late, past 11 PM. The male receptionist had a really bad attitude. Because I needed a scale, which the hotel didn't provide, I ordered takeout. That same male receptionist delivered it, and his service was awful! The next night, a group of people, probably from some company team-building event, checked in. They kept coming and going around my room, talking. I barely slept a wink. I don't understand the hotel staff who assigned rooms. If they knew I had such poor sleep quality and had requested a quiet room, they should have avoided assigning that group to the same floor! The entire check-in process was completely devoid of service! It was truly awful!"

The front desk staff were gentle and professional, making check-in efficient and quick. Their service throughout was well-measured, never overly intrusive, which is incredibly friendly for women who prefer quiet and travel alone. The room was in pristine condition, with hygiene details meticulously handled! Every corner was spotless, the bedding was soft, skin-friendly, dry, and tidy, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent. The biggest bonus was the attention to detail, with thoughtful amenities like disinfectant wipes and '安心水杯' (safe drinking cups), making a solo stay feel especially secure. The soundproofing in the room was superb; it was quiet at night, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep after a busy day. All smart devices in the room were simple and convenient to operate, making managing things during a solo stay easy and hassle-free. The hotel facilities are also very complete. There's a tranquil 'Zhuju' (Bamboo Dwelling) book bar where I could quietly read and relax in my free time. The breakfast selection was rich, and the freshly cooked beef noodles were authentic, nutritious, and filling enough to kickstart a vibrant day. The location is very convenient, making it easy to hail a taxi or commute for business, perfectly suiting a business travel rhythm. Throughout my stay, there were no complicated procedures, just perfectly timed thoughtful service and a clean, comfortable environment. As a woman who frequently travels alone for business, I highly value safety and comfort, and this Atour perfectly met all my needs. The value for money is exceptional, and the experience was five-star. I will prioritize this hotel for future business trips!"

"This is the worst Hilton Garden Inn I've ever stayed at. I was truly disappointed. The service was terrible, and the cleanliness was appalling. Besides a toothbrush and toothpaste, there wasn't even a cotton swab for toiletries. Their main focus is on cutting costs in service. Saving money is necessary, but after all, it's a four-star hotel; they should at least provide the necessary amenities. There was no ironing machine, and the bar didn't even have a coffee spoon. It felt like I'd walked into a budget chain restaurant. The service attitude was awful, and they even tried to fool guests. When I asked the front desk for a disposable spoon, they said they didn't have any. Then, at breakfast, I discovered that disposable spoons were available for anyone to help themselves. Respect is mutual!"
