"The Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich."

You can see the Drum Tower right outside, and it's just over a hundred meters to the night market and Ningxia's famous large watermelons. While it's not a new hotel, the facilities are not outdated. For this price, and including breakfast, it's truly great value for money. The staff member, Xiaoma, was very enthusiastic."

Seeing we had a child, they proactively upgraded us to a higher floor room with a view and thoughtfully provided a welcome fruit platter. They even wrote down recommendations for the Huaiyuan Night Market and museum routes. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient, and any requests were met with a prompt response. "I stayed at the medical university for several days on business, working on a project. My biggest impression was the excellent location, right next to the Shuangyi campus, making client meetings extremely convenient. Free parking was a huge plus, especially since I frequently need to be on-site. The front desk staff were very efficient, a big plus for frequent business travelers. The rooms were well-equipped; while not luxuriously decorated, they were very well maintained, with stable hot water, air conditioning, and internet access. In the evenings, I visited the Jingde Night Market for a change of pace, enjoying its vibrant atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money compared to others in the same price range. I would definitely stay here again."
