我訂的是一個特價房，到酒店後，服務員説免費給升級一下。懷着愉悦的心情到房間一看有點失望。房間裏有一股很難聞的味道。衞生間設施很陳舊。特別是淋浴頭，出水量很小，而且水温偏低，幾乎就是温水。怕感冒也就沒敢用。最奇葩的是在房間中間有一個大大的柱子。這些都有圖片為證。原打算續住也就放棄了。

暑期自駕遊 到訪著名的賀蘭山下 銀川市
環境：就在主城區大馬路邊 前台 公共空間整齊清爽 房間向外視野也非常不錯
服務：前台很有禮貌 安保人員對停車引導非常耐心
衞生：收拾很到位 整個房間內光腳不臟
設施：各項操作非常便利上手 起居空間大 再訪寧夏必住的

特別不愉快的一次住宿，其實飯店的條件不算特別差，價格呢也應該算是比較合適的，但是續住的時候前台的服務員告訴我一個價格。然後我下來再去住的時候，一個姓冉的服務員一定要改變原來我們雙方的約定（實際就是酒店與客户口頭合同）這就不僅僅是錢的問題，這是一種酒店違約行為，更為嚴重的是，該服務人員還放聲説標準間緊張，有點威脅的味道了。這樣的酒店值得推薦嗎？
停車場也特別緊張，不想在平台上介紹，照片可以證實。

服務非常差,前台辦理十分慢,甚至給了房卡開門之後裏面並未打掃,未經允許擅自闖入。體驗感非常之差，處理問題也非常難。總之不推薦大家來這家。房間內部也臟亂差。設施十分老舊。
