The location is average, the room layout is very nice, there is a park downstairs, and it is convenient to walk to anywhere. For someone like me who is picky about food, it is really hard to find food nearby. The landlord is very nice and worth recommending.

The sanitation is poor. There is a bit of smell when you enter. The bathroom has a peculiar smell. The bed sheets are a bit dirty and the shower head in the bathroom is dusty. 酒店整體很不錯，和朋友來銀川出差，拖的行李很重，老闆很好，幫忙把行李放在了房間；房間很乾凈，聽老闆説是新裝修的，沒想到這個價格還能訂到性價比這麼高的酒店，房間空間很大，落地窗，視野很好，交通很便利，去哪都方便，還特意吃了銀川特色小吃，去了覽山公園，下次來銀川還住眾發酒店，體驗感很棒，房間温馨，老闆很熱情~
