GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

DDemusWhen I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

shortcoming:
1. During the peak summer season, we only booked one or two days in advance, and there were no twin beds in the same price range, so we had to separate and book the ordinary and more expensive high floors. I went to the front desk hoping not to change rooms, so I stayed in a low-priced room for two days. After so many years of free room upgrades, it was the first time I encountered a paid room downgrade, and I didn’t say anything. My emotional intelligence was not very high.
2. When I entered the room, there were biscuit crumbs. I called, but no one came. I went out and asked the aunt who was cleaning the room next door to come and clean it. I asked for an extra quilt. I checked in at 3pm, but it was not delivered. I went out for dinner and told the front desk again. Later, I called to inquire about the check-in status and told the front desk again. I finally saw the quilt when I went back in the evening. This is the first time I encountered someone who gave me quilts for a few hours.
3. For self-driving check-in, you cannot go directly to the parking lot from the elevator. You have to go to the front desk to scan the QR code to exit, and repeat this two or three times a day. You cannot enter the license plate or take a photo of the QR code. If you are worried about using parking spaces in nearby residential buildings, why not just update the QR code every week? To put it bluntly, you are lazy. Rather than inconvenience yourself, it is better to make the guests in trouble.
4. Please contact Ctrip and click on ”dinner included” in the room type when booking. When asked, the porridge and salad pancakes from 20:00 to 22:00 have nothing to do with the half cent for dinner.
5. There is a sofa bar. I see that there are not many yoga fanatics staying here, and they even pick up tour groups. The positioning of Eheng is quite embarrassing. If you want to save money, you will go to Express. If you want to be more comfortable, you will go to K, M, or S.

BBeiyiwangdelainuoFood: Breakfast is semi-buffet, and the staple food needs to be determined one night in advance. Freshly squeezed juice, pastries, fruits, etc. will be available for self-service. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the taste is very good. The B&B also provides meals, but it needs to be booked one day in advance. The portion is full and the taste is also very good.
Service: The butler will add you to WeChat early and answer questions online throughout the whole process. There is also a butler group, which provides a one-to-one saturated service, and most needs can be solved in time. Inform the butler of the arrival time, and the butler will drive the shuttle bus to the door of the winery to receive you.
Room: Free upgrade to the starry sky duplex king bed room A, while retaining the viewing balcony, it is also equipped with a loft directly connected to the rooftop terrace, which is a good place for night stargazing. The room has comfortable bedding, and is equipped with a relatively hard buckwheat pillow and a softer latex pillow. The mini bar is free, and the tea room is equipped with local eight-treasure tea bags.
Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. The -1F of the main building is the wine cellar and brewing workshop of the Chateau de Chadolan. You can contact the housekeeper to make an appointment in advance, and the tour is free. Thanks to Master Zhou of the winery, the explanation is very detailed, and many of the explanations are refreshing. I also tasted the original wine directly from the fermentation tank, which is a rare and special experience. I heard that the B&B will open an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which must be good for watching movies. Unfortunately, the schedule is relatively tight and I didn’t have time to visit it properly.
Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

GGuest UserWhen we travel and book hotels, my wife is used to looking at bad reviews of hotels. This hotel is not as bad as the reviews say. The rooms are old after ten years of renovation. My wife and I don’t feel the oldness of the room. Instead, we feel that the decoration facilities are relatively new! The shower head has a large water flow and is easy to use! I like her hotel. It’s just that the water flow of the wash basin is not smooth.

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the simple yet elegant decoration style. The scent of the aromatherapy was light and pleasant, instantly dispelling my fatigue from the journey. The front desk staff checked us in quickly and introduced the hotel's services attentively, which greatly improved our impression!
The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. Smart facilities are also a plus. Lights and curtains can be controlled with one button, which is super convenient. The room is thoughtfully equipped with a variety of drinks and snacks, full of details.
The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western styles, and the taste is very good. The restaurant environment is elegant, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the dining experience is great.
In addition, the hotel is in a prime location, with many shopping malls and food streets around it, making travel very convenient.

SSam / 山姆the bad things: the room had a horrible durian smell, some guests brought it in maybe, guests should not be allowed to bring that fruit to the hotel. the smell was very very strong and I couldn't sleep because of it, the hotel doesn't provide shampoo or body wash bottles, instead they give you a small amount in a small mineral water bottle, there is little to no amenities, only toothbrush, the electric kettle is also dirty.
The good things: overall clean room, has a big window, good view and is close to the center of the city, bed is comfortable, the lighting is good. fast check in and check out. the room isn't too small, it's an okay size. Has TV, works well.
Recommend for one to two nights stay, no more.
