退休兩年，都是帶着毛孩子旅行，住過的酒店無數，雖然每次都精心挑選，但也踩過坑。這家酒店的確讓人驚喜，房間衞生整潔寬敞，客房服務員有求必應，周到禮貌。特別是早歺可以吃到12點，很人性化。酒店有自己的停車場，附近是盈江廣場，周邊很方便。冬天的盈江很温暖，所以，住了10天。

事情是這樣的連着住幾天了 然後想想着還須住一天 叫幫忙打掃衞生一下 後面又想換到有太陽的房子 就在我搬東西的時候那個打掃衞生的阿姨在隔壁房間跟別人吐槽説我一下這樣一下那樣還説我囉比索 試問誰聽到會有好心情再入住？？

服務和設施極度之差，建議不要入住。
第一：房間有異響，聯繫酒店不幫處理。還與攜程平台説已經提供耳塞，其實並沒有提供，品德敗壞。
第二：房間熱水温度不穩定，忽冷忽熱，洗澡深受折磨。

這家酒店的工作人員一點都不負責任，提前電話告知預留房間到店後已經把高樓層的全部開出去了，跟客人告知已經沒有房間了，相當不負責任，説給客人回撥電話，這邊一點電話記錄都沒有，而且前台作為一個工作失誤的人一點道歉的態度都沒有，相當強硬，勸廣大朋友不要來這家酒店入住

這家酒店服務很好！特別是前台的小姐姐，笑容很温馨，服務很妥帖，有什麼需求都幾乎能滿足，半夜還有機器人送水服務，以後到盈江住宿就選擇這家酒店。周邊吃的很方便，酒店房間熱水很充足，智能小度也做了升級，真的太值了！

第二次住這個酒店了，出差出行，只是睡個覺要求並不高，但是整體服務還是超出了我的預期的
1、房間很新，設施維護很好，不知道啥時候開業的，但是去年住過所以也有一年以上了，但是毛巾還是新新的還很柔軟
2、早餐開放到12：00，而且還算豐盛，這點簡直太人性化了
3、退房時間下午四點，這點絕絕子，出差人士福音，洗了的衣服有一個白天的時間可以等着晾乾
就是唯一有一點不好，我那間房間的桌台有很多小蟲，尤其吃了東西后就更多了，但是還好，只是在桌台活動，別的地方沒有，這個可能需要改善一下
總結還是不錯，下次還住這
