前台管家服務非常貼心，距離到店當天。提前打電話來問具體幾點到，要幫我開好空調，雖然事情很小，但是真的很貼心，民宿周邊的環境也無可挑剔，我帶了一個小寵物，真的非常適合遛寵物，度假區的範圍特別大，方圓幾裏隨便遛，擔心閣樓的樓上會熱，但是一點也不熱，很涼快，還續住了一晚，早餐的稀飯很好吃，還送了咖啡，咖啡的花拉的非常好，房間設施很齊全，泡茶工具也有，送了茶葉，房間有護髮素，房內衞生很乾凈，

這個民宿真的超級超級棒，周邊環境無敵了，躺床上被這山水治癒的心情超好，綠水青山，關鍵是什麼，前台管家服務態度非常好，隨叫隨到，去遊客中心車程需要2分鐘，是送去的，回來也是管家來接的，沒在度假區裏面吃飯，也是管家接送到土菜館的，這些都是免費的，任勞任怨，不會抱怨一下，房間也非常乾淨利落，廁所很大，乾濕分離，設施齊全，早上吃早餐都是現做的早餐，非常不錯，不是預製早餐，大家可以放心沖

民宿環境無話可説，有免費的遊樂場，茶室，早餐口味很好，很喜歡，特別是豆漿，第二天早上我本很早就要出發，早餐時間是8-9點之間，前台還是非常細心，早早的7點就準備了早餐，我吃完7.30就出發了，如果酒店是不會這麼人性化的，衞生很乾凈很乾凈，設施也非常齊全，浴帽，刮鬍刀，身體乳這些也都非常齊全，周邊環境也很贊，房子坐落在湖上，風景超級好

風景非常美的地方，周邊環境適合道修，房間寬敞舒適，衞生又非常乾淨，毛巾浴巾身體乳，馬桶墊都配的很齊全，房有60到70個平方之間，樓上樓下，躺床上就能看到湖景，我家男人還帶了魚桿來釣魚，他技術不行，衹能釣到小魚，哈哈，也有可能魚桿不給力，如果公司組織團建這個地方也非常合適，服務非常好，免費送了兩杯咖啡，基本就是有求必應，設施齊全，還會再來

帶着寵物散心旅遊的，出意外驚喜的環境，景色，雖然下雨了，但是躺在房間看着電視（終於不是自己登錄會員的電影了，用老闆會員看的電影果然更有意思），看着外面的景色，心情都好了不少，旅行結束的時候老闆娘還怕我們長途開車，給我們備了水，超級貼心的，給老闆娘一個大大的愛心

環境很好，民宿的房子是沿着河畔建的，推開玻璃門就是湖景，非常安逸，並且民宿距離龍虎山景區很近，地理位置好，環境優雅很安靜，停車也很方便，而且凌晨到，管家服務態度很好，並沒有因為晚到而不開心，進入房間設施齊全，衞生搞的非常乾淨，浴缸有一次性膜，馬桶有馬桶墊，牙刷質量很好

雖然我住的是鐘點房，但是服務很棒，一樣引導我進入房間，幫忙開好空調，天氣有點熱，不過進入房間心情馬上就變好了，視野很漂亮，周邊環境應該是龍虎山最棒的，床墊的舒適度非常高，冷氣涼的也很快，還送了我兩杯冰美式，不給一個好評對不起這個服務，下次還會來

開始很擔心，我沒有開車來龍虎山，不知道這個地方方便不方便，來了不錯，因為管家會免費接送進出到遊客中心，不過遊客中心也是一步之遙，就是2分鐘的事情，來住的客人最好帶上魚桿來，或者要在這租魚桿，這個地方適合體驗多天，非常愜意，還有海邊的感覺，管家服務態度非常好，咖啡喝完了還幫我們續杯了，湖裡還養了兩衹天鵝，老闆還推薦了一家土菜，叫龍虎家宴，真的很好吃，
