The natural light in the morning was excellent. The room facilities were comprehensive, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, making it clean and tidy. I slept very well at night. The breakfast selection was also quite varied, served buffet-style. The front desk staff were very attentive and enthusiastic. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, with Tianhong just 300 meters away. There's also a night market only 100 meters from the hotel, which is super convenient! Parking is also very easy, with both above-ground and underground options. Just get a discount voucher from the front desk, and you can park for free! The service is truly exceptional! I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"I didn't enjoy the upgrade rights that I could enjoy if I booked two rooms. The room was not ready in advance. I was informed that I would check in more than half an hour in advance. When I came to the front desk to check in, I was told that the room had not been cleaned yet (it was already around 4:30 in the afternoon). I was told that the guests had just checked out and the hygiene had just been cleaned. When checking in the first room, didn't they check the hygiene of the rooms on the same floor in advance? Couldn't they clean it quickly if it wasn't ready? This service awareness and attitude are really poor. The front desk didn't have any attitude to express apology, no apology, just arguing. The service level of the hotel is not worthy of this price at all. You spend money to buy services. The room is not very good, small, and there is still a gap compared to the photos. The experience is very poor! ! There is also a note that it is non-smoking. When I passed by the room, I saw that it was full of beer and cigarette butts. The smell was huge. After cleaning, it was still very alcohol + cigarette smell. The needs of the guests are not paid attention to at all. The notes are for decoration. It's the same as not having a note. I don't know where they have the courage to mark such a high price. I didn't enjoy the service and experience that this price should have!"

"The hotel is right next to the train station, where there are buses to Longhushan, making it very convenient to go there in the morning. Because it's close to the station, the train noise at night is a bit loud, but if you're a good sleeper, it shouldn't be too disruptive. The only downside is that the price on the online booking platform is higher than the price for checking in directly at the hotel. Luckily, the hotel reception gave us a breakfast voucher."

"I was on a business trip that took me to several places, and I was quite tired by the time I arrived at the Hampton by Hilton Yingtan late in the evening. The front desk staff checked me in quickly. Seeing my large suitcase, they proactively asked, 'It's late, would you like me to help you take your luggage to your room?' I said yes. They also arranged a quiet room for me, telling me to get some good rest. The room was quite clean, and the mattress was comfortable. I slept pretty well that night. The Peter Thomas Roth toiletries in the bathroom smelled great, and I felt much more relaxed after showering. The self-service laundry room had washers on the bottom and dryers on top, so I was able to wash a few days' worth of clothes, and they were dry by the next day – very convenient. Breakfast was on the 26th floor with a river view. It was a mix of Chinese and Western options; both the waffles and the beef noodle soup were delicious. Coupled with a fresh cup of coffee, I had a solid breakfast and felt much more energized. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The service, cleanliness, and facilities were all excellent, so I'm giving it a five-star rating. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yingtan."
