The boss is very nice and welcoming. It's very close to the train station. It takes less than 3 minutes to get off the train and walk. The price is affordable and it's quite suitable for a transfer, etc. Except when I booked this hotel, I was taken to the old "Yingtan Yinying Hotel" next to it. The renovations in 2015 and 2022 will be a bit different. But although there is no air conditioning, it is already very good if there is a heating pad. The hygiene needs to be improved. There was a peculiar smell coming from the toilet in the middle of the night and there were a lot of short hairs on the bed! Downstairs sells fast food and across from the food street.

房間不貴，但衞生較差，衞生間設備有損壞。便宜嘛，也衹能這條件了。夜間馬路對面是夜宵飯店，喝酒，叫罵，吵鬧，一夜都沒法睡。唯一好處就是火車站近點。臨時寄存個包，臨走老闆還沒不高興，看樣子還想收費。勸大家，要不差三五塊錢，最後慎重選擇他家。

距離火車站150左右。交通便利，去龍虎山有公交及個體巴士。吃的比較多，多條街上都是餐館。自助餐有10元，15元，18元的段位，能吃到多個時令蔬菜。老闆人不錯，多次問我有什麼需要，最後還優惠了房租。下次再來鷹潭還會選擇這裏。

老闆人很熱情，在得知我要坐火車的時候還送了一瓶冰水，貼心，也很明確講了空調的費用什麼的，性價比可以，東西也是免費寄存，真的很不錯，裏車站超級近，幾分鐘就到了
還有一點，鷹潭的粉真好吃
