The bedding and toiletries are very good, there are latex memory pillows to choose from, and a considerate humidifier. The breakfast buffet is also very good. There are free rice porridge snacks after 9:30 pm, and even more considerately, there is a free airport shuttle. Serve. I stayed for 3 nights in total and received a candy souvenir when I checked out. After more than ten days of travel, the most profound thing I realized is that if you can stay in a hotel with a good reputation during the trip, you will not choose a famous hotel. Hardware and software are incomparable, and a professional team provides more considerate services.

After staying at this Atour Hotel, I directly canceled all subsequent Atour hotel reservations in other areas. 1. The hotel front desk asked me and my child to take a photo with the hotel front desk’s mobile phone. Their reason is that the Public Security Bureau requires minors to take photos with the people they live with. I refused on the spot! ! ! This is unreasonable! If there is a requirement to protect minors, the hotel system camera can be used to take photos through the hotel and public security system networking system. The front desk said that this mobile phone belongs to the hotel. Is this funny? Does anyone know if your mobile phone is personal or belongs to the hotel? ? ? I stayed in two hotels in Ili, Xinjiang. Only Atour requires a mobile phone to take photos. The other hotel under the HZh umbrella, which is of the same level as Atour, does not require photos, but only fills in the information of minors living together. 2. I am an Atour Silver Card member. After booking a hotel, I can get free breakfast for one person. When checking in, the front desk said that there was no breakfast because it was booked through Ctrip. No free breakfast provided. . . Do you know the rules of Ctrip’s Atour? 3. My room lacked a toothbrush, and the front desk sent a robot to deliver it to me. I still didn't get it after half an hour, so I called the front desk again. The front desk said that the robot had delivered it to me, but I didn't hear it and didn't open the door. The robot left. I asked the front desk, is your robot different from other hotel robots? Shouldn't the robot call me through the system to tell me that it's at the door? Is it calling my name outside? Or does it knock on the door? I didn't receive a call from the robot while I was waiting for you to deliver the toothbrush. It took me an hour for my toothbrush to arrive. . . . 4The hotel windows cannot be closed! ! ! As a result, I was forced to listen to the hustle and bustle of the road all night😡. What I took in the picture is the metal in the window frame seen from the side after the window is closed. . . The hotel offered to change my room, but my parents and children were already asleep. . . Do I wake them up and change rooms? ? ? The hardware facilities in the room should be checked when cleaning after the last guest leaves. . Isn’t opening and closing windows for ventilation a basic operation? 5. There were unknown liquids and short hairs in the hotel refrigerator. . . I don’t want to describe it. I have pictures to prove it. I asked the front desk to wipe it with disinfectant paper towels. I actually booked 2 nights in this hotel. Based on all these reasons, I really didn’t want to stay here the second night. The front desk apologized and said that as long as Ctrip agreed, they could cancel the reservation for the second night. Ctrip was very helpful and helped me cancel my reservation for the next day that night. The hotel manager apologized all the way and sent me to the room. He wanted to waive the room fee. I refused to waive the room fee and gave me money after staying. It was a mistake. I can only carry it myself. The hotel called me no less than 5 times, just to avoid bad reviews, and I understand. But why did I look away? Aren’t my expectations too high due to so many good reviews? The family room priced at 1110 a night is indeed not very high, but it should not have this level of service and hardware facilities. At least the windows should be able to be closed. Fortunately, it didn't rain that night, otherwise water would have entered my room. Atour, I advise the management of your group to be smart. After several years of masks, tourism is recovering. Your late-night snack porridge is indeed a value-added service. You want to use this service as a highlight to attract customers. But basic services cannot be lost, and customers are not stupid. Not everyone needs late-night snacks, but breakfast is what everyone needs. Don’t try to be cunning and deceive customers with a little profit, and save on late-night snacks and porridge. Giving breakfast as a gift is the right way!
