I had internet issues. The help was limited to solve the issue. Service doesn't understand how wifi works behind the scenes. They just plug unplug

Facilities need a better maintenance, no English service, breakfast below Chinese standard for hotels of this category. Good location for nearby restaurants, including Uygur street food

This is a very good hotel, with large rooms, complete facilities and good quality facilities. Although it is a bit old, it is definitely worth the price.
