Yining is a stopover between the grasslands and Sayram Lake, so we wanted to find a comfortable, clean, and quiet hotel to rest up. We originally considered staying near Liuxing Street, but the hotels there were overcrowded with tour groups, the service was lackluster, and the breakfast was a struggle, so we gave up. Instead, we chose this newly opened hotel near the Ili River. It far exceeded our expectations. We were given a complimentary suite upgrade upon check-in. Upon seeing we had children, they immediately gave us a small fan as a gift. The room was spacious and bright. The bed was comfortable, and despite facing the street, it was quiet, allowing us to sleep soundly. We had planned to walk to see the sunset, but unfortunately, it was cloudy and we didn't make it. While the hotel isn't near many attractions, it's a seven-minute drive from Liuxing Street. Parking is available there during off-peak hours, making it convenient for both driving and taxis. The front desk also recommended Didi, a local ride-hailing platform, which made getting around easy. The breakfast was also hearty, featuring a mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the tomato and egg noodles were delicious. The yogurt was delicious, too. I hope this hotel can maintain its quality. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Yining.

Xinjiang watermelon should be fresh and delicious, but the appearance in the store is very poor, which affects the appetite. When the breakfast was almost over, I packed up my car and set it out early, completely ignoring the fact that there were still guests dining. I have never seen a 5-star hotel like this, and this time it was really an eye-opener.

But Xiaodu couldn't open the curtains, even manually, and couldn't make calls on the phone in the room. The next day when we were tired from shopping, we stayed one night and slept for 509. We bought some raw meat and went back. The socket in the refrigerator didn't work, so we moved to a place with sockets on the other side. When the deposit was refunded, the house inspector took a picture of the refrigerator to the front desk, and the front desk showed the boss that we had moved the refrigerator. I said that I moved it because the socket had no power. They also said that the socket was inside. What we said was that there was no power, not no socket. And at that time, we asked two other ladies in the hotel and they said it was okay, so we moved there. I'm not very satisfied with the deposit collection, but everything else is good. This trip has been going on for more than 20 days and no one has accepted a deposit. I would like to make a small suggestion. You can put a customized handbag or plastic dirty clothes bag or something. It will be more convenient to add a towel rack in the bathroom. Disposable toilet mats, cotton stubs, rubber bands, disposable face towels, etc., if possible. Give the kids a car or something. The car is not worth a dollar or two, but the children will like it very much. Our child still remembers the hotel that gave him the car 2 years ago.
