Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel: Clean and Comfortable, Despite its Age
The Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay, even though it may be slightly older. While the rooms might be on the smaller side, they provide a good space for rest and relaxation.

This is the second time i checked in here and brought my mom and my child for my moms birthday. And i was really really disappointed the room is smaller than expected and than shown in the picture and the room is really stuffy and i was sneezing the first night couldn’t sleep well. I thought because i slept with my hair wet but when i woke up the next morning oh my gosh it was so dusty!!!!! And i asked if i could change room and they did transfer us to another room but it was still dusty! I was still sneezing. I don’t understand because the last time i checked in i didn’t have this problem and had a good experience. I was so disappointed and also there was this one staff that hung up on me maybe because i couldn’t understand what she was saying… there was also hair in fhe bathroom where we got transfered to. I wish they learn from this and become better. It’s a nice hotel but it was dirty and stuffy. Smells like cigarretes too it was concerning because i was with my child.
