"This is a perfect central spot in Yokohama. Amazing place for any kind of trip, whether it's a couple's getaway, friend's escape, or business trip. Amazing views from the hotel with lots of restaurant options nearby, theme park, mall, and 3 minute walk from the train station. Amazing customer service with 24/7 response time. The -0.3 is subtracted because of the nuisance of having amenities scattered across the hotel. Microwave on 10th floor, laundry room on another, and must request for clothes iron from staff. Would definitely book again 9.7/10 !"

You can easily walk to popular Yokohama attractions from the hotel, and there's a bus stop downstairs for trips to Chinatown."

"The room was a bit old, but it was well-maintained and clean, which didn't detract from the overall stay. The location is superb, right next to Cosmoworld, and it's also very convenient for a stroll along the beachfront. People say Yokohama is small and easy to get around, but there's a big difference between stepping out directly to your destination and walking a kilometer to get there. I personally prefer the Minato Mirai area. There are many hotels in Yokohama with similar pricing, and many new ones are also quite impressive. The main reason I chose this hotel was for the balcony with bay views. Whether it's waking up and drawing the curtains to see the ocean, or enjoying a drink on the balcony in the evening, these are experiences that rooms without a balcony simply can't replace. Maximum comfort!"

"It was very convenient to get here from Haneda Airport 🛬. I just needed to transfer once on the subway 🚈 and arrived at Sakuragicho Station 🚉 in about 50 minutes. The hotel 🏨 is right across the street, just over the pedestrian bridge from the subway exit. The front desk is on the 5th floor, and check-in starts at 2 PM. Everything is handled via self-service machines, which are very user-friendly with language options and Chinese subtitles. After checking in, before getting on the elevator, there's a table where you can pick up toothbrushes 🪥, toothpaste, combs, razors 🪒, face masks, and toiletries, which is a really nice touch 👍. My room was on the 23rd floor, and this time I chose a twin-bed room with a night view 🌃. I feel like the twin rooms are a bit larger than the king-sized rooms! The room was clean and tidy, and I could see Yokohama Port and the Ferris wheel 🎡 right outside the window. The night view was even more beautiful. The hotel 🏨's location is excellent. Right outside the subway exit, there's a large supermarket and a shopping mall 🏬, making shopping 🛍️ and dining 🍽️ very convenient. The breakfast offers great value for money, and I highly recommend dining in the hotel 🍴. In the morning, you can enjoy delicious tuna, and the grilled mackerel is also a favorite of mine. There are also hot udon noodles 🍜 and miso soup, and the sushi 🍣 is quite good. The coffee ☕ is also tasty 😋. Check-out is also done via the self-service machine ✅, and there's a luggage storage area 🛅 on the same floor, which is very convenient."
