The location is superb! The environment is first-rate and it's impeccably clean. It's also very peaceful. You can open the windows for fresh air, and the views are absolutely stunning! The surrounding area is home to R&D centers of world-renowned companies. It's just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Takashima Station (Exit 2); turn right as you come out. Dining options nearby are a bit limited. Complimentary samples are available at the front desk, but they aren't proactively offered, so you need to pick them up yourself. Tea bags are provided, and the coffee is delicious! The night views are lovely!

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom exhaust fan was very weak and quite dusty, and the vent near the door was also covered in dust. If that doesn’t bother you, this is otherwise a great place to stay.

Our deluxe twin room was excellent. It was very well-equipped with all the necessary small appliances. Complimentary 24/7 water and coffee are available on the 7th floor. From Central Avenue Station, take Exit 4, and a direct elevator will take you straight to the hotel entrance, which is extremely convenient. Just a heads-up: other exits do not have elevators to street level.

The hotel's sky pool was advertised as a highlight, but I didn't bring my swimwear so I couldn't use it. I tried to just look around, but the front desk informed me guests could only view it from outside. From what I could tell, it didn't even seem to be an infinity pool. The room itself, however, was great. There's a convenience store on the second floor, and a Blue Bottle Coffee shop conveniently located right next to the lobby on the first floor. Unfortunately, I hadn't done enough research and ended up missing the Yokohama Fireworks Festival, which was a real shame.

This is a relatively new hotel. The rooms were clean and spotless. We stayed for three consecutive nights, and the breakfast menu was identical every morning. The hotel is conveniently situated near the Minato Mirai Line subway station. The area also boasts many modern Japanese-style shops and a variety of dining streets. It's incredibly convenient to access attractions like Chinatown, Yamashita Park, and Motomachi. For our family trip, we booked two rooms: one with a bay view and the other with a city view. The bay view offered panoramic vistas of Yokohama Bay, while the city view provided sights of the Red Brick Warehouse and Yamashita Park.

We had a lovely stay at Yokohama Bay Hotel—the location was fantastic, with beautiful views of the bay and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel does show some signs of age, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The only minor downside was the gym, which was quite small and had limited equipment, along with unusual operating hours. That said, if you’re not relying on fitness facilities, this hotel is a great choice for a relaxing stay in Yokohama!

Opened just a year ago after a complete renovation, this is a very modern hotel. Since all the ground-floor, ocean-facing spaces are restaurants, the hotel lobby is uniquely located on the 12th floor. This scenic lobby also doubles as a café, where guests can sit on the outdoor balcony overlooking the view. There's a designated smoking area by the side entrance of the lobby. The facilities are brand new, and the layout is clean, spacious, and stylish. We stayed in a triple room, and even with suitcases open, there was still plenty of space – perfectly suited to Chinese guests' preferences. The bedding is high quality and available for purchase. Let's talk about breakfast. Upon check-in, guests are informed of two options: Japanese breakfast, served at the 12th-floor café, and Western breakfast, served at the 1st-floor Western restaurant. The Japanese option offers three set menus, while the Western option features four main sets. After ordering, you can help yourself to the buffet bar for salads, drinks, bread, and more. The Western breakfast was so delicious that we didn't get a chance to try the Japanese one. Regarding the hotel's location, opinions may vary. Most people might choose to stay in Sakuragicho or Minato Mirai, as this hotel is a bit off the beaten path, situated near Yamashita Park. The Summer Festival is held here, allowing visitors to truly experience the atmosphere of traditional Japanese festivals. The hotel faces the sea, directly opposite the Hikawa Maru ocean liner. As the only surviving international ocean liner from WWII, it's definitely worth boarding and exploring. It's a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the subway station, providing easy access to all Yokohama stops. Directly across the street is a bus stop with direct service to Haneda Airport, with buses running almost every hour. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find Takashimaya department store; Chinatown is 10 minutes away, as is a massive Don Quijote store. A lifestyle plaza is a 20-minute walk, and there's also a Montbell outlet store where we spent four hours. This outlet store offers tax-free shopping, but it requires downloading a third-party app and incurs a 3% service fee, which makes the process a bit inconvenient. Yokohama truly lives up to its reputation as an international port city. Around the hotel, you'll find a wide array of Western restaurants, with impeccable ambiance and cuisine, and even handsome waiters. It's a very cosmopolitan city.

Location: Right next to K Arena, which is super convenient if you're attending a show. The soundproofing is also excellent. I stayed for two days, and even with performances happening both days, I couldn't hear a thing, so you can definitely rest assured about that. It's very close to Yokohama Station and SOGO, just a short stroll away. Minato Mirai is about a 30-minute walk. Facilities: Having just opened in 2023, everything is brand new. The lobby is a tad on the smaller side, and only having two restaurants feels a bit limited. While the breakfast selection isn't vast, everything tastes great, and the freshly baked quiches and croissants are a major highlight – highly recommended! Service: The front desk and concierge staff were all young and incredibly polite; absolutely nothing to fault there. The only thing I found puzzling was that housekeeping finishes at 5 PM, meaning room cleaning isn't possible afterward. Is even a 5-star hotel cutting corners like this?

Hotel is very convenient with Sakuragicho station just at doorstep (entry n exit) via the new south side. Many attractions nearby and we walked to Cosmo Clock 21, Cupnoodles Museum, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama World Porters etc. We also walked to the Chinatown to explore the area. Staff are very helpful and polite. Room equipped with Dyson hairdryer, humidifier and fan, and Refa shower head etc. 👍

This hotel is so beautiful, a combination of modern and modern. The breakfast view is as beautiful as a painting. Entering from another door is a historical site. It is a hotel where MacArthur and Chaplin once stayed. It is full of historical sense and very photogenic. I hope to stay a few more days next time.
