Hotel was in a great location for anyone who wants to be right on top of York City Center. Decent stay overall, breakfast was good. Only negative for us during our stay was that the staff were hesitant to throw out any food trash, so our room started to stink a bit.

Super convenient locations with the friendly staff members. Made our stay a ver present one.
The parking arrangements also very convenient and it is just a few minutes walk away from the hotel

Absolutely lovely stay really good location to the Christmas Market. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and lots of space. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent good selection and as much as you could eat. We kept our luggage at the hotel after check out which was perfect . Would definitely stay again and recommend.

All things good, but breakfast was disappointing. Just a week ago, we were in Hampton London city where the breakfast was certainly much better.
Location is near to the city centre and the river where the cruises are run.

Welcoming and friendly reception staff who were very informative about local attractions.
Very clean and comfortable room with nice big tv. Breakfast was superb with all the staff extremely helpful and appeared happy in their job.
Location was excellent, walking distance to attractions, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
