Just had a 2 night stay at these apartments. Appartment nice and clean and spacious. Very good location. Only down side was the bed so uncomfotable needs an update urgently. I did report this to both the hotel staff and domestic staff who were helpful. Great to have free parking but you need to secure a parking spot when you book. I had to ring the queens hotel direct to arrange a parking spot after i had booked on line as nowhere did it ask if I needed parking. there are limited parking spaces on site but good its in with the price.

We have stayed here before and we will stay here again, this time we chose the 2 bedrooms and separate shower room and separate bathroom with a large living room space and kitchen, it didn’t cost that much more but definitely suited us better. It’s so quiet and safe with parking space available. So close to the town centre and all the places to visit, just a two minute walk over the bridge. It’s clean and well maintained.

We arrived on a Wednesday quite easy to find, keys are collected from the Queens hotel which is just around the corner. Once in the apartment it looked quite nice, plenty of room for two people. First the negatives, the toilet wouldn’t stop filling up once flushed, they sent someone to fix it but it happened on quite a few more occasions during our stay but we managed to do what we was shown to release it. Went to make a cup of tea and found dirty mugs, we washed up what crockery/cutlery we needed for a couple of days. The WiFi is non existent so don’t rely on using it. TV isn’t the best but we didn’t really need to watch it so it was take it or leave really. We did mention the WiFi and the pots to the reception but they are not really there to listen (in our opinion) on the plus side it’s well placed for the city centre and it’s all secure.

We have stayed at Victoria Cloisters apartments on and off over the last ten years. Every time we go back I always think maybe they might have updated them - but no!. We are in 16 this time and although it’s quite adequate for our needs I would love to see them spend some money on them. Scuff marks on the walls, furniture worst for wear, and a funny smell permeating the whole apartment which we traced to the fridge. We bought a couple of candles and that seemed to do the trick😊. The best thing about these apartments are the location less than five minutes walk and you are in the centre of York. The parking needs to be pre booked and is very tight at best so no good for larger cars. We are staying on a deal so not paying full price for them, I definitely would be kicking off if I was.

Just had a great weekend away in York for a friends 50th and stayed at the Victoria Cloisters Apartments What a great apartment that we had 2 bedrooms with double beds, we also found out that the sofa turned into a double bed if there were more staying in the apartment. Location is brilliant 2mins walk into York centre over one of the bridges, secure gated car parking that you need to book with the apartments, but only a set number of parking spaces so be quick. The apartments were clean, very spacious and modern. A great place to stay right in the middle of it all if that’s what you want but also in a secluded side street. We’ll definitely go back again.

Perfect stay in a central location in York. Would definitely recommend if you need a central base close to the city centre - apartment was spotless and well equipped, would certainly stay again. We didn’t park here, as it’s very central and close enough to walk the 10 mins of so from the station, but parking did seem quite tight, altho spaces are available.

Really good value for money. The apartment was spacious, really well equipped and comfortable. It's also in a great location. It's just a few minutes walk to cross the bridge into the main city. For context, the Shambles was just 10 mins walk. Two things to note though - the apartments are around a central quad and the noise does carry. Also, if you have a big car, you need to be really confident in your parking skills! The car park isn't big and took some parking in a big car!

Nice apartment parking is a nightmare the bays are not suitable for larger cars, there was a group of males in the next apartment, that though it was acceptable to stand on the balcony at 05:00am and have a full blown conversion, I contacted the hotel via *********** to be told there was nothing they can do? So we are staying there again tonight and you can bet they will do the same again tonight totally ruining our weekend away, we are definitely not staying here again, it was expensive shame there is no customer service
