公寓房，房間相當寬敞明亮乾淨，大冰箱洗衣機廚房脱排油煙機都非常好用。廚房安在陽台上，陽台特別大，還能放茶椅。陽台與房間有玻璃門隔斷。特別是兩位前台小姐姐，都會主動問我需要什麼東西，需要什麼幫助。職業素質很好。停車非常方便，就在旁邊有個停車場。入住體驗非常舒服。

位置還可以，房間也很大，，在高鐵站對面，但是走路也要8-10分鐘的樣子，那個大馬路修半截一樣，拖着行李箱走，感覺輪子都要壞了。。
但是衞生間排風是壞的，一直串味，衞生間門上整個大鏡子，大晚上上廁所嚇一跳！第一次見門上貼鏡子的！
床也是壞的，又硬又搖晃。。唉

比較近岳陽東站，附近也有公交站，去景點打車，公交也方便，樓下有食店，便利店。
房間也乾淨，有洗衣機，可烘乾衣服。

房間裝修佈局合理 ，功能齊全，住進去有家的感覺，衞生好。老闆對客人很信任，入住時發給門卡 ，退房時客人將房卡放在房間直接走就行，很温馨

從深圳一路玩過來，長沙-岳陽-武漢，這個住的是最滿意的，非常喜歡，必須給個好評讓朋友們參考。
離高鐵站走路就10分鐘，非常方便，樓下早餐店，便利店都有，很方便（樓下小籠包好吃）。
這個是公寓式酒店，感覺新裝修沒多久，設施都很新，一進屋眼前一亮，是住的城市當中最好的，也是3個地方最便宜的，雖然離岳陽樓那邊有點遠，但是岳陽不大，可以打車或者公交到景區，住在這邊比景區附近安靜。
可以訂外賣，跟朋友邊吃燒烤邊看大電視，兼職太爽了～
如果有朋友來旅行，或者臨時來岳陽東站附近，我會推薦這家，乾淨，交通便利，小區安靜，休息的很舒服～
