前台小姐姐態度熱情，賓館衞生還可以，但是因為是老賓館，所以空調有點老

離景點確實很近，過個馬路就到，馬路對面紅牆可拍照。晚上出來逛逛，周圍燈光也很不錯
酒店服務態度很好，但是設施確實一般冬天去的話建議不要洗澡，會冷。空調效果也不是很好，晚上多穿點
建議酒店裝潢升級一下

老闆很熱情，停車很方便，步行去岳陽樓大約150米，可以在付款寶小程序裏搶票預約背誦《岳陽樓記》，可以免票，客棧樓頂可以看日落，絕美，晚上可以在周邊廣場逛逛，很熱鬧

岳陽樓對面、洞庭湖邊，離景區近，周邊飲食服務不錯，房間乾淨整潔、服務熱情周到，適合長者旅遊住宿，建議設施更新完善！

房間比較老舊了，衞生一般，設施也是很老的，周圍除了進景區比較方便，其他的就不太方便。景區旁邊的飯店價格比一公裡外的貴一倍多了，建議還是訂遠一點好一點的酒店。

客棧地理位置非常好，離岳陽樓很近，就在洞庭湖旁邊。客棧設施一般，空調效果很不好。酒店衞生還很不錯。前台服務還是很不錯。
