本來沒有預訂這家酒店，開車路過後看見有很大的停車場後果斷退了已經預訂好的酒店預訂了這家，果真沒讓人失望。酒店房間很大，乾淨整潔，設施很好，旁邊有美食一條街，吃飯方便。前台服務很熱情，本來房間衹有2張早餐券，前台看我們是三個人，就多贈送了一張，早餐很豐富。

每次回來都住這個酒店。之前一直都很好。但是這一次房間的床單一股黴味。我應酬半夜回來睡覺，床單上一股黴味，這個味道就像這個房間的床單被子潮濕了以後沒有通風造成的，那種發黴的味道特別的刺鼻。整個床單被套包括被子都散發出一股黴味。特別難聞和刺鼻。當晚已經半夜了，服務員説給我換，我説算了吧，客房這麼晚也辛苦。第二天一起床我就走了。實在受不了，床上這個味道。我估計是被子的黴味。不衹是床單。這次花這個價錢在岳陽住這個酒店心裏特別的不爽。第二天起來，感覺自己像中毒了。頭暈眼花。希望他們能夠整改一下。

酒店瑰麗宏偉，房間乾淨整潔，服務態度友好，早餐品種多樣。美中不足的是不臨街的房間始終伴隨空調外機的轟轟聲，早上六點半不知道是空調管道還是窗户門縫飄來油煙味。

房間環境衞生都非常不錯，停車也方便，視野也不錯。
空調效果一般，但也能用。早餐除了粉能吃，麪包咬不動，菜也是涼的。
前台的經理服務非常好，但是，她旁邊的那個女的，真的，一言難盡，自己搞錯狀況還能理直氣壯的頂撞經理，一副要死不活的表情，搞得我在那裡等半天，經理給我道歉説不好意思搞錯了。她這麼能耐幹嘛不回家當娘娘呢，岳陽這服務也真是跟不上城市宣傳。
不過整體上設施硬件還是推薦入住的。

位置優越，交通便利，位置很繁華，出行方便，門口有停車位非常方便，門口也有監控非常放心，大廳簡潔，大氣，有淡淡的香味，前台漂亮大方，服務熱情，主動，效率高，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，舒適，衞生，很乾凈，床墊舒服，客房阿姨親切，服務號，動作麻利，整體感覺非常好，強力推薦
