When I checked in, the front desk said no, and then asked and said yes. I don't know if the room has been upgraded. I told the request, and the front desk told me that it was full. When I asked about the check-out time, the front desk first said that the room was tight or something, and finally extended it to two o'clock. Maybe the room is really tight, but no matter what you ask, it doesn't feel good to refuse first. The swimming pool is shallow, there are many children playing, and it is not suitable for adults.

The front desk receptionist Xiao Yan introduced the food in Yueyang to us in detail, patiently answered our travel questions in Yueyang, and helped us upgrade the room. The warm and thoughtful service made us feel warm. I will stay at Pullman Hotel again next time.
