先説優點，非常安靜，在中石化的黨校裏面，環境清幽，早上起來可以散步，有羽毛球場可以打球，適合帶長者孩子出行前台服務人員態度很好，衞生不錯。
再説缺點，攜程給的地址是錯的，拐七拐八根本找不到，可以導航圖中的地址，進門右轉就是。賓館設施一般，早餐一般，不過都在可以接受的範圍之內

蠻舒服的 就是不好找 一直到石化我都沒反應過來 沒想過酒店是在石化裏面 更沒想過酒店直接在石化那棟樓裏 外面沒有任何標識 不過環境確實好 很安靜 很舒服 早餐不算好吃但還蠻豐盛的 （什麼都梆硬

五一過去，哪哪都漲價不少，這裏簡直就是世外桃源，環境不錯，很安靜，可以説是鳥語花香。再石化黨校裏面，出了大門坐6路公交可以直接到岳陽樓，就是附近那個胖哥燒烤味道真一般

酒店環境很好，房間設施齊全，雖不是新裝修，但乾淨，使用起來方便，就是位置有點偏。早餐簡單，衹有饅頭、包子，沒雞蛋，但米線和麪條的味道都不錯。
