The room is large, very comfortable, the environment is very quiet, and the price/performance ratio is very good. Maybe because the location is a bit remote and not on the roadside, it's quite quiet. But one bad thing is that when I extended my stay the next day, I asked my aunt to do the cleaning, but half of it was done and half of it was thrown away. One pillow was placed and another was thrown away. The toilet seat in the bathroom was not changed or thrown away, nor was it helped. For new ones, this is a bit of a deduction. Everything else is very good. I will stay here again next time I come.

The parent-child room is super large, and the entire room is intelligently controlled. It's great to go back and watch the big projection screen at night. It's also very convenient to go out in the surrounding area. The room is cleaned every day, and towels and slippers are replaced in a timely manner.

When I checked in, I was told that there was only one room on the 3rd floor, but the one who checked in later was actually on the 5th floor. When asked, I was speechless and said that I made a reservation by phone. When I opened the door, there was a musty smell and asked to change rooms. They said that there was only one room on the 4th floor. The voice sounded like this in the middle of the night. It was deafening and lasted for nearly 2 hours. I couldn't sleep well all night.

維也納酒店住過幾十間了，玉林玉東這家真不錯（超出預期），房間寬大，兩張1.35米床，乾淨衞生，前台小姐姐熱情禮貌，而且直接送多2份早餐，早餐挺好的，夠大氣，不愧為5.0版本酒店，下次路過還會選擇入住。（商務出行，我個人訂了兩間，評價同上個）

在廣西玩了一個星期，這間維也納酒店最值得推薦。門口可以停車，早餐品種也豐富，吹風筒都有定製的精緻盒子裝着，整個房間很精緻。如果前台的靚女能笑容多一點點就更加完美了，但是也能理解，節日都上班也挺累的，呵呵🙂。

去北海途徑玉林，入住維也納國際酒店玉東新區店親子房。酒店很新，房間寬大，設施齊全智能。前台小姑娘接待熱情，還送了三份早餐。一進房間小傢伙興奮地大叫“我太喜歡這個房間了”，在房間蹦蹦跳跳，很開心。這次入住體驗很好，性價比高，值得點贊！

#酒店位置# 有點偏，周圍很荒，還有正在開發的工地。
#房間佈局# 房間中偏的位置有一個大柱子，感覺一個豪華型大床房間這種佈局很不合理，房間不大，智能也衹是一個噱頭，而且旁邊並無對應立牌，時而管用時而離線的，很雞肋。
#會員權益無保障# 訂房時選了房型升級，辦理入住時前台直接忽略，我兩間房給我一個五樓一個六樓，這業務水平…我反問了一下為什麼沒有升級，才不情願回覆説，升級房間快沒了，低樓層不好不建議升級，什麼破理由，二樓和五樓有什麼區別呢？我説那至少安排個同樓層啊…
#早餐# 很差，粉需要自己燙煮，很多菜都空的不補，餐廳冷得不行，一家人都沒吃飽，後悔額外付錢買的早餐。
最後關於#價格# ，各種套餐網上亂七八糟的價格讓人很無語，定完發現網上價格還更便宜了
關於#延遲退房#，要按小時收費，前台跟我説一小時三十，説我可以買網上鐘點房，價格更優惠。我點開發現更貴，再次無語。
總之，是一次非常不滿意的住宿體驗。
