民宿位置較好，旁邊是玉溪第一中學，還有一條河流，適合散步。房間面積很大，有三面大窗户，採光好。也有一些不足，一是沒有電梯，行李很重的話有些費勁，當時前台工作人員幫忙提到樓上了，服務很好。另外就是空調製熱效果不佳，冬天温度低的時候扛不住。

沒得熱水，凍死，温水都沒得，説住的人多供應不上。我半夜2點去都沒有，早上6點50多也沒有。12點左右一點温水洗上了頭。

來到玉溪在這住了好幾天 出去玩了好幾次 下小雨的時候點個燒烤看電視，真的很舒服，但是有個小建議，漱口杯用紙杯真的很容易壞，建議換成玻璃杯。

房間是鋼本結構都不知道怎麼過審的，隔音效果等於一張紙，太差勁了，尤其是前台服務態度太差，都打電話放映了還是一樣的差

位置在城中村裡，周圍都是廢品收購站，地方不好找，房間是那種類似農村車庫，衞生間是開放式的，屋裡是彩鋼瓦屋頂的，綠植是假花，裝飾品是建築廢料連釘子都沒拔，牆面就是毛坯房還沒粉刷完，地面就是一般的水泥地板還有點油膩，關鍵是空調外機就在窗子邊響了一晚上直接沒能睡着，妥妥的出錢買罪受，幸虧家就是本市附近縣的離家不遠早早退房回家補覺，確實是很奇葩的一個旅館！

客觀的説，房間還是很舒服的，裝修簡約，頭一天打電話諮詢，攜程預留電話的接電話的人態度還是很好的。到了店裡，當班人員全程面無表情，非常傲嬌，爬樓真的累，説確定入住，我也正在有一個很重要的電話要接，説下樓登記，被告知不可以，這我也能理解，但是全程沒有任何笑容，一副不耐煩的樣子…我晚上回來也彷彿沒看到我，連一句你好都沒有…説實話，還是很影響入住體驗的。衞生做得不細緻。
