我們住的家庭房在二樓，房間有一大一小兩張床，書桌，衣架 。酒店沿街，門口有自己的停車位。老闆娘人很好，我們預訂前確認可以帶毛孩就定了這裏。
酒店乾淨衞生。早餐是老闆專門早上燒的白粥 小鹹菜 雞蛋油條還有樑弄大糕。走路去紅杉林步行十多分鐘。鄉下的空氣不錯。

上個週末一大家共三個大家庭來餘姚聚會，選了夢庭雅苑民宿，總得來説都非常滿意。一是交通方便，民宿在主幹道邊，停車方便，我們從上海過來2個半小時就到了；二是房間乾淨，有8個房間，老少皆宜，裝修風格也比較好，住得舒服。三是老闆夫妻服務好。出行前一天聯繫我們，提前幫我們準備到達當天的晚餐，老闆娘飯燒得好吃，我們一共吃了2頓中飯、2頓晚飯，菜品豐富且不重樣，收費也不高，送的早餐也不錯，總之吃得滿意；四是民宿就在四明湖邊，風景比較好，就是現在天氣比較熱，大家都不想出門，下次秋天來紅杉林肯定很美。最後有麻將桌和茶桌，大家玩得很開心。

房間很乾凈，用具比如牙刷拖鞋（還有小孩拖鞋）一應俱全，不輸快捷酒店。送的早餐品種很多，老闆很熱情，還送草莓吃。民宿離四明湖很近。性價比很好，值得推薦！

家庭房住2晚，房間打掃很乾凈，老闆娘人很隨和，各方面都方便。附近紅杉林雖然還沒有變紅，景色也不錯！周邊田間走走看看，不一樣的感受！

五星好評的農家樂，首先地理位置非常好，在主幹道邊上，走到池杉林10分鐘，但因為不在杉樹林邊上又很安靜。門口有三個停車位。因為是新開的民宿，所以房間非常乾淨，浴室花灑可以調節，温度很穩定，這在冬天入住真的太重要了。空調打起來也很温暖，晚上睡覺不吵。早飯是老闆娘自己燒的，自己做的小菜很清爽很好吃，走的時候還給我們送了大糕，下次再去四明山還會選這裏的。
