Elaine at the front desk handled my check-in efficiently and quickly, providing clear and concise information, and service responses were very prompt. This hotel is hidden in the hinterland of Siming Mountain, surrounded by 10,000 mu of bamboo sea and cloud forest sea, the environment is very quiet, the hotel is not big but small and exquisite, all the internal organs, there are some, every waiter is very warm and thoughtful, there is a response, very timely, In particular, Xiao Chen, the waiter in the restaurant, is very thoughtful, generous and decent, making people feel very comfortable. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, the first thing I printed was the infinity pool. The pool water was seamlessly connected with the sea of clouds in the distance, which was very popular. The front desk also upgraded the room type for us. The room is very simple and atmospheric regardless of the decoration style, facilities and configuration. The sofa, coffee table, tables and chairs, and bathrooms are made of cotton, logs, marble and other materials. At first glance, it is the kind of expensive, and the temperament of the mountains complements each other. The room is equipped with a Keller smart toilet and a Dyson hair dryer, and the toiletries are French high-end brands. The hotel also presented 2 cliff cafe coupons, which allowed us to enjoy the freedom of coffee in the cloud. It is also worth mentioning that the dishes in the restaurant are very fresh. The chef's cooking skills are no less than star hotels and are delicious! In short, whether it is from the hotel's hardware facilities or software services, we are very satisfied and will come again next time!"
