普普通通的賓館，地處鎮中心。整個樑弄鎮，也叫這裏名稱叫樑弄賓館，四明湖邊選擇不多。賓館後面停車場小小的，可以停停車場圍牆外面的小弄上。賓館沒有早餐，但樓下店鋪非常多。
沒特色可以點評，普普通通的。
賓館屋頂的大鐘正常運轉，整點會敲響。

絕了，定的家庭房，首先進酒店，前台啥也不説，主動問辦理入住，前台滿臉不耐煩，後面甚至陰陽怪氣。進入房間，打算反鎖，結果直接門鎖鎖不了，找路過老闆娘，老闆娘説沒事兒？她沒事兒，可是住酒店的顧客安全得不到保障啊！這還沒結束，房間的燈一直一閃一閃的，甚至門後還有穿過的沒處理。
