Such a beautiful hotel at city centre! Everything is spot on, smooth process from the booking to the check out. Very polite , helpful and professional staff. Price competitive and reasonable. Clean and modern decor. Good size of room. We did upgrade almost last minute and paid only 30 euro extra, parking available for additional charge but in terms that is located on the main square it is luxury to come that close with the car. Breakfast is just amazing and Mr Robert so attentive we did enjoy it this morning. We will be back for sure and I do recommended this hotel for everyone who is travelling to Zagreb and looking to stay central.

My wife and I checked in this hotel on Dec. 31st, stayed there 3 nights and were totally pleased in all possible aspects! Since we walked into the hotel there was no doubt we had made the very best choice in the beautiful city of Zagreb. It is almost brand new, the rooms are excellent and all premises cannot be cleaner, its location is the greatest, breakfast is incomparable, the bar and restaurant are top of the line, and “comfort” is the most appropriate synonym of Met Boutique Hotel. Moreover, the Front Desk attendants as well as all Staff members are outstanding, extremely professional, 100% pleasant at all times, exceptionally friendly, and everyone makes you feel just at home. My wife and I were so happy to have stayed there that decided to go back to it when we returned from Ljubljana and were there our last night in Zagreb. Special thanks again to everyone at the Front Desk for helping us so much from the time of check in to the time of checking out!!! Jorge and Ana San Juan

Excellent location, staff & food. Very comfortable rooms and bedding. There are 3 retail outlets in the hotel. New amenities such as a gym, spa, conference room are going to open very soon according to the management. This is my go-to place when I’m in Zagreb. Im looking forward to using the gym and the spa next time I’m here.

The room is perfect, with modern tech, amazing king bed, stunning bathroom, clean and the location next to trg Ban Jelačića plaza is ideal. Staff were really nice and helpful, and also just sweet, and breakfast was delicious. Worth the investment. Ps. Also parking is on site and google maps confuses you. Read the hotel's info on this, (I wish I did at first...) you can just drive over the tram tracks.

Great Hotel in the City Center, parking is in hotel almost in Main square, stuff is brilliant and easy to communicate, price is normal for 5 star hotel, definitely recommend this hotel, you will not regrets. Thank you once again for everything

I stayed one night in this hotel. Nothing to complain about the room and cleanliness. I had a booking letter which made no reference to a cost for an extra bed. At the time of payment I asked for explanations, even later via email, but I was not given an answer. It didn't seem correct to me

The Hotel is very central; It is practically located in the center of the city, a few steps from Ban Jelucic Square, so you are two steps from the old city and also the lower city. Although we have scored a 10 out of 10, we think that this rating would be deserved if they corrected some defects: the open-air bar area is not adequate for the category and price of this hotel; and the room service is erratic: of the five days we stayed, only one of them came by in the afternoon to offer us some chocolates. They also did not offer water, except on the night of arrival. At breakfast, one of the days they did not offer the hot dishes menu. And one day they didn't clean the room until the afternoon. In short, they will be things that will surely be corrected because they are not typical of a five-star establishment and with a price greater than 300 euros per night.

The new hotel has 26 rooms which are modern and comfortable. The location in the center of the city is ideal as a starting point for a city trip. The professionalism is evident right from the moment you arrive at the reception. The rooms are very clean and very quiet despite the central location. Beds very comfortable, bathroom with spacious shower and double sink equipped with high-quality products (soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc.). The restaurant offers a very, very good a la carte breakfast with freshly prepared dishes. Lunch and dinner are offered at the same time. The dishes we consumed were excellent and the overall service from the staff was friendly, competent and professional. We will book this hotel on our future visits to Zagreb.
