The room is relatively large, close to the ski resort, and is the first choice hotel for vacation in this town; the environment is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant; the hygiene is very clean; the service is also attentive; and the breakfast is rich and colorful.

A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. The chair cushion slipped out when getting up and there were food crumbs galore underneath! Needs better cleaning, but otherwise, everything else was fine.

This was my third visit to Zakopane and I was very pleased. First time visiting this hotel and I loved it. The room was rennovated recently and it was very big and clean. I really love the design they are going for - it looks luxurious and modern while maintaining the old polish vibe. The breakfast was very nice a lot to choose from, dinner was worse for me I wasn't very happy with it but I am a picky eater so don't let this discourage you. The kids play area/room was very spacious and they have something for kids of all ages... for the older ones they have xboxes. The only thing that would make it even better is if it was open during dinner as well se we could take turns watching my nephew while the other ones eat. The spa was great, many saunas and steam rooms and they were open till 10pm. I really like the idea of the outdoor pool but as it was autumn while we visited it was closed (maybe next time)

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel and we will definitely come back next year. The new renovated rooms are spacious and tasty decorated. Wellness centre is fantastic however there are a few issues there. No one cleans the water off the floor and it is slippery and dangerous. It would be nice to spread lavender or eucalyptus scent in all saunas. Last thing is to supply chairs and drying rack on the balcony. Breakfast was very good , dinner buffet good however selection not big enough. Shuttle to the town is great but runs till 5 pm unfortunately. Overall we really enjoyed our stay .

Positives are: - fabulous view of the valley and mountains - great buffet for all meals - activities for the whole family with enormous swimming pool - walking distance from ski lift - shuttle service to Krakow airport Negatives: - rooms on the small side - difficulty controlling the a/c temperature - furniture and decor a little dated and worn

Best hotel in Zakopane we’ve been to. Very clean rooms, great breakfast and dinner buffet with variety of different dishes everyday. Spa was also nice and kids club with babysitters who took well care of our 4 year. Great location to commute by walk to Krupowki. We’ll be back for sure!

We like this hotel...this was our 3th visit here.this hotel is very good,good possition - near ski area,perfect food/restaurant and great wellness. But during our last stay we were quite dissapointed - 1.cleaning services wasnt good (we had to ask them if they can put our trash away from our room after 2 days) and 2 issue we had with kids club - opening hours till 7:00 pm - I think it can be longer, They were finish with kids attraction 2 hours earlier than are closing time, and plugs in kids club are not safe - its quite danger. I hope they will change these things in the future because this place deserve it - because its beautiful place for winter holiday.😉

Tętniący życiem hotel oferuje swoim klientom miłą i gościnną atmosferę. Na zewnątrz widoki zapierają dech w piersiach, wnętrza urządzone w przytulnym goralskim stylu. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje Pan Konrad z recepcji, który w profesjonalny sposób przedstawił ofertę hotelu z jego wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Dziękujemy również Panu Arkadiuszowi za oprowadzenie nas po hotelu. Podczas naszej krótkiej wizyty mielismy możliwość zjeść lunch w restauracji Grand Kasprowy. Dania smaczne i obfite z profesjonalna obsługą kelnerską w postaci Pana Tomasza. Panowie na Lobby Barze wyjątkowo uprzejmi i weseli. Po raz kolejny sprawdza się zasada ze miejsce tworzą ludzie i tak też jest w przypadku tego hotelu. Do zobaczenia wkrótce.

Standing water in bathtub, AC not working properly, the only positive is the breakfast staff!! We reported the issues to the front desk staff and their response was “we can change your room but for an extra fee!!” Wow talk about “Customer Service” issues or maybe lack of training!!
