We are celebrating our jubilee wedding ceremony on the date of check-in. They gave us a great surprise : room upgrading, specially decorated with balloons, chocolate, campaign and a handwriting congratulations card....Appreciated!
All the staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the restaurant.
The swimming pool and spa facilities are relaxing and comfortable.

The staff are very enthusiastic and explain the surrounding attractions very attentively, which is very comfortable. The cleanliness of the guest room is also amazing, the bedding is soft and comfortable, there is a sauna room available, and the breakfast is very rich.

The hotel is not a fair value for money. The breakfasts and dinners lack diversity. The new year eve dinner wasn’t any better or different from other days, not even a glass of sparkling wine was offered. Our junior suite was spacious with two bathrooms, but the room was gloomy at nights because of the poor lighting. The pillows are old and weary. The spa area is nice. As for me, the water in jacuzzi should be hotter, especially in the outdoor one. The location is central from the point of view of proximity to the Main Street, but it’s not convenient for skiers as it’s far from all slopes and one should need transportation to reach the slopes. The staff is helpful and polite. In general, the hotel isn’t that charming as one would imagine from the description on the website. Next time I’m sure to stay in a more classy hotel for this expensive price.

Beautiful hotel in Zakopane.Very good staff and friendly crew hotel.Room was big and clean.Wellness is amazing with outdoor whirlpool.Breakfast are in nice restaurant when was a lot of food.Hotel in near street Krupowki with view on the mountains
