An excellent and quiet hotel for families. The location is very excellent, close to the center. The staff are very helpful, especially the employee Anita. She helped me a lot, even with some of the mistakes I made when booking. She helped me and provided me with the best solutions. I will visit again and recommend it.

If you look at hotel Rysy's webpage, you'd expect a mountian resort, not a hotel in a semi residential area. It is still a 40+ minute bus ride to the Tatra Mountains. They uses creative and good photography. The hotel is nice. I paid for breakfast with my booking but had to pay again at the hotel, and it was $20 USD per person, which is a bit crazy for Poland. They have a nice amount of selection for breakfast food. The floors in the bathroom are heated which is nice.

We found this hotel online and we chose it due to the competitive room rate. Only when we checked in we discovered that the hotel charges an extra 20% for parking (80 zloty, while other parking lots in Zakopane only charge 20 zloty). Also, while service at the restaurant was good and breakfast was excellent, the front desk service was often unfriendly.

I find it hard to call this a 5-star hotel. It feels old, the furniture is heavy and outdated, one of two elevators wasn't working throughout our stay (causing long waits for the other elevator), and most importantly - service is far from being at a 5-star level. The guy who checked us in was very grumpy and unfriendly, and on another night - the lady at the reception kept us waiting for over 5 minutes while having a casual chitchat with a friend. (there were, however, very nice receptionists at other times). It's important to be aware of the high hidden fees at this hotel. It advertises competitive prices, but only when you check in, you realize that they charge 80 zloty (20$) as a daily parking fee, while most other parking lots in the city charge only 20-30 zloty per day. With such an extra 15-20% to the room price, their prices are not that competitive any more...

Stayed for three nights. Room with jacuzzi excellent, spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. Choice of breakfast was outstanding, best we have experienced. Location was perfect and staff very helpful. Three very good days, will hopefully return one day.

What a fab hotel. The service at the start very professional, room was spacious with a nice view. A lot to choose from at the breakfast. Top noch cleanness. We will definitely be back very soon to Zakopane and this place will be our stay always.

By no means is this a bad hotel. It was comfortable and clean. But when you book a 5 star hotel you expect a little bit more from it. The staff was very unfriendly. You always had to approach them to get anything from the restaurant and they were very cold and inconvenienced by you asking anything. The breakfast was ok, better on the weekends because you could order something versus just buffet. The dinner food was not good at all. The spa had fabulous views and was nice however they allow little kids in and this hotel was inundated by poorly behaved kids screaming and running around, obviously this is not the hotels fault, but they didn’t do anything to remedy it as kids were banging on the piano and screaming in the hotel lobby while you’re trying to eat your dinner. I feel if you go into this hotel expecting 3 stars you’ll be very happy but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Spędziliśmy kilka dni podczas majówki w Rysy Boutique Hotel w Zakopanem i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację – zaledwie kilka minut spacerem od Krupówek. Mieliśmy piękny, przestronny apartament z wanną z hydromasażem w pokoju i ładną łazienką. Z okien rozciągał się zachwycający widok na Tatry. Duży plus za bardzo miłą i pomocną obsługę oraz smaczne, urozmaicone jedzenie. Korzystaliśmy też ze strefy Wellness – na co dzień dostępnej dla wszystkich gości, ale istnieje możliwość rezerwacji na wyłączność, co jest świetnym pomysłem. Widoki z tej strefy również robią wrażenie! Z czystym sumieniem polecamy ten hotel – chętnie wrócimy.
