"The hotel is 3 to 5 minutes away from Tianmen Cable Way. Making it an excellent place to stay if you are heading to Mt. Tianmen. The room is comfortable and they offer a free ride service to the train station for you to depart to your next destination. Apart from that, there is few chinese restaurants and convenience stalls beside the hotel!"

"We love our stay at Manyuan. The hotel is cosy & very welcoming. The butler, Miss Peng waited for our arrival & led us inside the reception area that had pretty Chinese decors. Miss Peng & all the other butlers were very attentive & responsive to all my queries in WeChat. She made our trip possible by helping us purchase the tickets to the National Forest Park & Tianmenshan. She even arranged for us Guides . Food was buffet breakfast & enough choices to fill our stomach. Though there were 2 of us in the room, we were upgaded to 3-bedded. The room was surprisingly big & also very clean with bathroom kits provided. I strongly recommend travellers to this hotel."

"Very friendly staff who kindly offered laundry service. Their WeChat account makes communication easy. The park view from the 17th floor is top tier (but you still hear the road). The room and the elevator would benefit from an in-depth cleanup."

"We were a group of six and booked five rooms for three nights (some stayed for two). Truly, this place is so beautiful! From the moment we were picked up at the station, everything was seamless. The hotel staff were extremely kind, professional, and spoke good English. They always went above and beyond to meet any of our needs. The breakfast was super delicious, and we even met wonderful travelers from all over the world. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, massage clinics, and lovely locals — the whole area just has such a warm, welcoming vibe. Next time, we’ll definitely book again and stay even longer! 😊"

"This hotel was really amazing. It was easy to get to using didi from the airport (around 15rmb) and to get from there all around town. But most importantly it's a short walking distance from the cable car up Tianmenshan, which allowed us to get there super early and still sleep well on the comfortable beds. The view was really nice, the internet quick and everything was clean and well organized. Even though we got a smoking room (we don't smoke) nothing smelled like cigarettes so they even managed to keep that clean. Would really recommend and come back to."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hetianwan Inn a lot. The staff was super nice and helpful. We got free water everyday when we left or came back to the hotel. The staff was able to answer all our questions regarding how to get to the Nationalpark, the hikes etc. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were even guided to the restaurant by them."

"1. The service is good, the boss is enthusiastic, and the room was upgraded. The facilities are very new, and there is a swimming pool in the backyard. The only problem is that the mosquitoes are too strong. The air conditioning is very powerful, the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and a smart toilet, but the space is too small. 2. The scenery is superb, and Tianmen Cave is opposite. It is a real pleasure to sit in front of the small table for making tea and look at the Tianmen Cave 3. It is about 10 minutes' drive from Tianmen Cave Cableway, which is more suitable for self-driving tourists. Parking is available at the door. 4. The beef factory restaurant nearby is delicious. 5. The breakfast is very exquisite and tastes good. I didn't try their home-cooked dishes, but I can tell from the breakfast that they must taste good. Mind the point It's too close to the airport, with a flight every 15 minutes on average. The noise is very loud, but I don't mind it, but if you have trouble sleeping, I don't recommend it. The passage upstairs is narrow, which makes it difficult to carry large luggage"

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything upon pickup at the train station, to a beautiful breakfast buffet, to a serene and picturesque property. The staff were all amazing and were always quick to respond and help with anything we needed. I’m usually one to skip hotel breakfasts but this one was really good with a good variety of items. They helped us book all of our tickets and drove us to the nearby sites. They recommended a DiDi for the further away Tianmen mountain and Glass bridge which was easy for us. Hotel was perfectly located in the midst of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend."

"Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight — especially after our previous experience elsewhere! From the very first moment, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with a cup of tea, gave our child some small toys as a gift, and even upgraded our room, taking into account our request for a higher floor. We were also allowed to check in early, which was very convenient. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable rest after long days of hiking in the mountains. A special thank you to Xiaoyi, the lovely lady who welcomed us — she was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect — the Tianmen Mountain cable car station is just outside the hotel, the 72 Wonders Tower show is only about 9 minutes away by taxi, and the train station can also be reached quickly. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended! 🌿"

"🌏 The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, they offered us a free transfer. The driver was a bit late, but the staff handled it with such care — they even gave us a complimentary return transfer to the train station as an apology. That’s what I call genuine hospitality! The reception girls were absolute sweethearts. Kind, patient, they explained everything with the help of a translator, served us hot tea, and even brought fruit as a welcome gift. Honestly, I’ve stayed in five-star hotels before, but I have never experienced this level of heartfelt care and warmth there. Here, you feel not like a client, but a truly welcome guest. The room was pure harmony — spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Slippers, a hygiene kit, a hairbrush, and even women’s sanitary products were provided — such a rare and considerate touch. The panoramic windows were huge (yes, the view was of a construction site), but the atmosphere inside was so pleasant it didn’t matter at all. And the tea ceremony table was the cherry on top, making the whole stay feel cultural and special. This hotel proves that true comfort doesn’t come from stars, but from genuine care, warm smiles, and attention to details. P.S. Oh, and the sweetest surprise — our stay happened to coincide with the Mid-Autumn Festival. The hotel gifted us a box of mooncakes 🎑🥮. It wasn’t just a gift, it felt like a piece of tradition and celebration shared with us. Such a warm and thoughtful gesture that turned our trip into something truly memorable."
