房間寬敞舒適衞生。但服務差點意思，五星級酒店的早餐衹有2+1的速溶咖啡，問了服務員是否有清咖，回答機器壞了，無語。。。一熱水瓶的水就衹放了一包袋泡茶，倒出的水有茶色沒茶味。另外五星級酒店的餐廳不禁煙，客人可以隨便抽煙，一位客人在早餐時連續抽煙服務員看見也不管。

過年期間入住體驗很好，年夜飯吃出鄉晚的感覺，口味很好，初一宴請親戚晚餐菜品也非常好吃。房間大，陽光充足，服務很好，特別前台小周很熱心。在樟樹住了很多酒店，温德姆算是體驗非常棒的酒店。

酒店衞生非常乾淨，服務員素質很好，朋友喝醉了吐了一衞生間。服務員上來搞的很乾凈，尤其是小盧態度很好，介紹了酒店用餐，健身房，游泳館時間

沒想到這麼小的地方有國際連鎖，房間很大很舒服，服務很好，酒店大堂副理小朱提前聯繫接待並升級了房型，非常感謝，唯一不足是自助早餐出品一般，1.1米小童就要收費被驚呆，1.4米小童要補全價，關鍵是不好吃啊，忽略餐飲部分酒店總體還是可以的，BTW酒店房間已備文房四寶隨地可以雞娃
