The front desk service is enthusiastic, the check-in procedure is quick, and the experience is very good, especially the pillows are very comfortable. The room has a wide view and you can see the beautiful city night view.

I choose this hotel because it is just near Dafo Temple but I never think before that this hotel will make my Zhangye trip so wonderful. The room is so convenient and well designed. Not only the good taste but the function of that design is practical. Very genius. Room size is big, new and facilities is excellent. They provide free soft drink in the room and refilled each day. Breakfast has various option buffet and delicious. Common area is very comfortable to sit and relax with free snack, fruit and coffee/tea (I am not sure). But most of all their staff is the most impressive. They all have service mind and hospitality even though they can not speak English. We communicate with translator and they help me order delivered food. There is one staff who gave me wechat contact via Trip.com so it made my Zhangye trip easily because I can ask her many questions. Very thankful for that staff. I would definitely recommend anyone who will visit Zhangye to stay here . very worth your money.

It was my first time staying at a newly opened hotel, and I was nervously dreading the minor quirks of the ”new hotel” break-in period. To my surprise, not only was there no setbacks throughout the entire stay, but I was completely captivated by the comprehensive care and attention to detail! Entering the room, the ”brand new” comfort instantly washed away any fatigue. The bedding was freshly unpacked, fluffy and soft. The moment I lay down, it felt like sinking into a cloud, and even my breathing became lighter. Even the air conditioning vents, where dirt and grime are most likely to accumulate, were spotlessly clean, with not a speck of dust to be found. This level of attention to detail surpasses even that of many established hotels. Even more surprising was the room's complete smart toilet and Xiaodu smart phone, which allows for voice control of the lights and curtains. The toiletries were also a complete set of high-quality items. From the moment I checked in, I didn't have to worry about any details. The service was truly heartwarming. Upon check-in, the front desk staff smiled and offered to upgrade us to a high-floor room with a view. They also handed us a hand-curated travel guide, densely packed with must-try local restaurants and off-the-beaten-path spots, even clearly stating the best times to avoid crowds. This saved us a whole day of researching. On my way out that afternoon, I casually mentioned to the staff, ”I'd like a hot drink.” When I returned and opened the door, I saw two cups of warm lemonade on the bedside table, the walls still just warm enough to hold in my hands. This casual thought instantly warmed my heart. The hotel's breakfast was even more exciting! The variety is so extensive it's hard to choose. The Chinese congee is perfectly cooked, soft and glutinous, and comes with refreshing side dishes. The Western bacon is crispy yet not greasy, and the fried egg is instantly melt-in-your-mouth. The best part is the freshly cooked ramen. The broth is rich and mellow, the noodles are chewy and smooth, and the fresh, soft-boiled egg is a perfect match. Every bite is incredibly satisfying. Comfortable room, a good size with blackout curtains. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the train station no matter how much luggage you have. Free laundry facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and assist with bookings and locating various services around town. The only negative is breakfast. Both days I was there one or more of the bread products were stale. Paper cups are provided for cold drinks (which seems needlessly wasteful) the one morning I tried, the orange juice was flavorless and watered down- it tasted like when you refill a juice bottle with water. The shape of the seating area is also unfortunate. There are two corners where people seem to appear out of nowhere and both days I encountered numerous children running and who absolutely should not have been allowed to bring their scooters in to the breakfast area (not the mobility kind) making carrying hot drinks and plates of food dangerous and unpleasant. Definitely recommended, just skip breakfast!
