"The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are bright and impeccably clean. The service was exceptional; every staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite. A few small details really impressed me: 1. I bought a watermelon but didn't have a knife. I asked the front desk if someone could help me cut it, and to my surprise, Miss Zhang from the front desk brought me two containers of pre-cut watermelon pieces. 2. When I called for extra pillows and a duvet, the service staff delivered them in less than five minutes. 3. Breakfast goes until 10:30 AM, which was incredibly thoughtful for me. In Northwest cities during summer, you often don't go out until the evening, so coming back late means an early breakfast the next day can feel rushed. Those extra 30 minutes truly made a difference. My trip along the Hexi Corridor this time, especially the service at Zhangye and the Hilton Zhangye, left a wonderful impression. I will definitely be back."

Although the staff uses air refresher to help reduce the smell but it's effect is temporary."
