"There are many dining options near the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly—they not only served us tea upon arrival but also helped take our luggage to the elevator entrance. The room is equipped with smart devices, and Xiaodu can help control the lights, curtains, TV, and even play music. Around 3:30 a.m., we were woken up by a fire alarm. All guests were evacuated to the street across from the hotel, where staff and firefighters could investigate the issue. The alarm was not lifted until about 5 a.m., allowing us to return to our rooms to sleep. When checking out in the morning, we learned that a drunk guest had shattered a fire alarm. The hotel gave us a full refund—a very responsible approach that deserves praise. The hotel should strictly prohibit guests from smoking in the hallways. Even though non-smoking rooms are requested, the smell of cigarette smoke drifts in from the corridor. I hope the hotel can improve this"

"Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the moment we got out of the car, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helped us with our luggage all the way to our room, which is a service I haven't experienced in many other hotels. The front desk service was great and they were very helpful in resolving any issues. The room had so many thoughtful touches, like cucumber slices for a facial mask, a foot bath bucket for a relaxing soak after a long day, and a humidifier. They truly went above and beyond! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in the area."

"Extremely satisfied with the twin room! The room was clean and bright, and both beds were generously sized and very comfortable to sleep in. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get to the Colorful Danxia Geopark, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the facilities were complete and functional, making our stay worry-free. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit Zhangye."

"This was my first time visiting Zhangye, and I chose this hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the hygiene was excellent. Since I was on a high floor, the view from my room was stunning, and I could even see the high-speed train station. The breakfast selection was plentiful and varied. I also want to thank the front desk staff for their help. If you're looking to book a tour to attractions like Mati Temple or the Rainbow Mountains (Qicai Danxia), you can inquire at the Zhangye Tourist Center located here. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Zhangye."
