Very friendly and helpful service at the reception, nice room, and excellent breakfast. Location is also great, at the head of a pedestrian street in the middle of town.

We stayed two nights in that hotel the security guy at night was one the best people we ever met he was very helpful the hotel is in the back of the building he was running to show us the hotel and the next night of our stay he brought us a big fruit and vegetables platter thank you so much.
The hotel itself is clean but the comforter was not cleaned I don’t think they change the sheets from last guests. There was string paint smell in the hallway washing machine and dryer were very nice

環境：最滿意的一點，房間非常非常非常寬敞，是西北遊難得的大房間，衞生間也是乾濕分離。在商業街區，交通還是很方便的，也很方便購物，離夜市什麼的也很近。
設施：夏季衹有冷氣，因為下雨有點冷想打暖風，是沒有的。以及從衞生間區域到洗漱台那裡有個小坡（照片沒照到），不平整，很容易摔倒，建議商家找平或者貼提示條幅。
服務：有地下停車場，一樓大堂有免費的礦泉水、咖啡，很貼心。

華住品質沒得説，但是地下停車場到一層大堂沒有電梯真的有必要提前説明，其次酒店衹有一部電梯，還得讓機器人先行我也是醉了，有的時候機器人進不來卡住電梯門，影響一個電梯的人都不能動，酒店送了早餐，但是原諒我衹能説，真的很難吃，配不上華住的標準，還有就是花灑的水忽冷忽熱，不知道是不是新酒店的緣故

地理位置很好，酒店很乾凈，但是入住的時候一直強行要註冊會員，而我有會員。結果因為酒店系統問題卡了很久，除此之外停車場一言難盡，難進難出，希望有改善

洗衣池水管漏水是最大的缺陷，我站在旁邊洗手，結果地上全是水，鞋全部濕了。服務還是中規中矩。一進門還是有一股裝修的味道，因為是新裝修的酒店。

房間很吵 這麼大酒店就配一個電梯？ 而且停車非常不方便 早上非常早就酒店前台就電話轟炸讓我下去挪車
