Hotel catering to lots of tourists and conferences guests stay so breakfast time was very busy and crowded. Food served were below average. But I was told this hotel is considered the best in this city so maybe I will skip this city altogether next time.

知道酒店舊但湖邊環境好，有心裏準備，但住的越久扣分越多，主要還是沒管理好：
1.除了第一天晚入住，在要求下有用行李車推行李外，基本沒有主動服務。見到經過的服務員和工作人員都準備打個招呼，但他（她）們視你為空氣，面無表情，男工作人員像社會人，尷尬。
2.第二天早餐極度混亂，大批團隊遊客直接將小餐廳變成了難民營，得等人吃完收拾了桌子才能坐下，空氣污濁，服務員用手裝食物。9:20不到連續催促，連續兩次將未用完的食物收走，原來9:30是工作人員開始用餐。
3.洗衣收費罷了，洗烘各一台，能否洗憑運氣，設備也存在污漬，洗10元，烘10元/30分鐘，洗烘一次用了35元，其中還有後來追加的3元也不退。可氣的是，你得守着，下來烘衣時，一個大媽正在把剛洗完的衣服丟到一邊的枱子上，什麼人啊。
4.餐廳太小，比套房大不了多少，兩晚上都去點餐，第二晚還在給會議人員搞自助，很多桌子一片狼藉，住客用餐環境惡劣。
5.退房時，開車到大堂接父母，因大堂門口車道狹窄（入住時就被堵了十分鐘動不得），左邊已有車輛在上下客，為了避免車輛碰擦，往右邊去了幾十公分，迎賓員就過來指責説輪胎壓到地毯了，而對正在準備上車的長者既不開門還要阻礙，很無語，3個迎賓員沒人指揮交通，站着聊天，替他們着想竟然還會如此。説得不好聽，大堂門口的地毯有多久沒清潔了？有多金貴？
想到前一晚一個小領導模樣的在餐廳和大堂這邊溜達，前呼後擁幾十人，所有服務員和管理人員佝腰媚笑，真的活久見了，內地難得一見。
如果再住兩天，總分能有1分嗎？

房間很寬敞，還有一個大陽台，遠遠望過去綠樹成蔭，衹可惜沒有時間去逛。房間還贈送了小零食，酒店從設施到服務都是一流的，令人印象深刻。

很棒的園林式酒店，沒住夠。酒店設施齊全，早餐也不錯，有地下停車庫。每天晚上服務員都送泡腳水，説是攜程**。前台和樓層服務員都非常熱情服務到位，點贊！另酒店周圍的濕地公園大而美。天氣好時，在房間陽台還可以看到祁連山頂的雪。

賓館環境優美，綠樹環繞，前面的湖泊和環湖步道非常適合休閑散步，賓館前台、保潔及餐廳服務人員熱情周到，入住感很好！入住的標間寬敞明亮，有陽台！早餐豐盛，在餐廳吃了一次晚餐，菜品味道很好，量也足！餐廳服務人員服務周到，熱情介紹了張掖的美食和美景！第二天的早餐時服務人員還認出我們，還給拿來了當地特色小吃，非常好吃！張掖賓館是非常好的入住酒店！推薦！
