優點: 房東阿姨真的非常熱情，衞生狀況良好。
床品乾淨衞生。
不足: 設施有點陳舊，尤其是淋浴，張掖那邊用的基本都是太陽能，不知道是不是淋浴頭太老的原因，洗手池洗手洗臉沒問題，但是淋浴頭流水像眼淚，沖澡衹能將就。洗手池龍頭有點點壞了，兩邊往外漏水。
我們住的那套臨街，晚上大路上的貨車哐哐過。
