New and pretty hotel! Def a pleasant surprise! Room is spacious, beds and pillows are comfortable! Bathroom and toilet are separate which is a good design for family room to house 4 ppl! Location is ok but needs to take taxi to the nearby seven rock scenery spots; walkable distance to the east gate (25-30mins walk) but a bit far if taking elderly parents. Will def come again given it’s a good value for money!

hotel was easy to find and locate. staffs were friendly and smiley. only downside for me was that the lift is not situated at the centre of the hotel so if you are given a room at the other end its a bit of a far walk.

Hotel location is great with access to restaurants and Xinghu scenic area within walking distances. The variety of food served in breakfast is just ok and could increase a few more fruits & veggies.
The front office staff were very friendly and helpful in looking for nearby shops to repair my broken mobile phone. I appreciate their help very much as its a real mess without a phone during travelling.

The hotel is new, and you can vaguely see the lake view if you live on the lake view side. The only thing is that the soundproofing facilities in the corridor are not very good, and you can hear the conversations outside. Also, if the hair dryer is overheated, it will stop automatically and you have to wait until it cools down before using it. If both guests have thick hair, please pay attention. The breakfast on the first day was rich, but on the second day, there were fewer varieties and the supply was not enough. Overall, it is a hotel worth staying in.
