設施：整體都比較新、好用。電視是55還是65的比較新型號的智能電視，支持無線投屏，也可以用自帶應用看B站直播之類。空調是掛式的，不會特別吵、製冷效果夠用。有一個塔扇，風力很大。
衞生：挑不出毛病，所見即所得，我拍的和商家圖幾乎一模一樣了。
環境：1、2層是餐廳，3、4層是住宿，都挺安靜整潔的。
服務：和店家溝通很順暢。我們需要晚一點回來前台也有等候（不確定是否24小時）。第二天早餐也挺精緻，粥不是白粥、應該是有加蓮子、肉末的鹹粥，挺好吃的。
位置：景區旁邊，去別的打車也方便，馬路對面就是一堆餐廳，隔壁就有家小便利店。
總之，超出預期，值得一住。
小建議：
- 可以明確一下是否24小時可出入（畢竟一樓是餐廳入口感覺晚上會關）；
- 電梯、走廊如果能有空調更好；
- 可以給住户一個餐廳午晚餐優惠啥的嗎，吸引一下住户就餐哈哈

整個房間非常大，非常乾淨，床很軟很舒服，香水都是淡淡的香，整個房間空氣不錯。可以品茶，打牌。附近很多好吃的，靠近星湖濕地公園，周邊出行方便。性價比非常高。服務也很好，早餐便宜好吃，量是剛剛好的。非常推薦有機會來二住

有幸入住𦘦慶賞湖居民宿，有點超出預期，從住宿的房間和環境非常好，房間佈置舒適，配置齊全，周邊環境也非常好。此地離景區渡船碼頭不遠，可乘渡船很方便進入七星巖景區。酒店服務人員和經理接待非常熱情，並詳細介紹景區情況和交通訊息方便遊客的生活和出行，表示感謝！

酒店的地理位置非常好。滿足出行者的要求，離景區衹有一步之遙。美食石牌裏也就是幾步路。賞湖居的美食做得有地方特色材料新鮮做法獨特，講究養生。餐廳天天爆滿，房間都好難訂。

酒店住宿環境比較嘈雜，門口就是景區入口，各種音樂音響不停播放，白天很吵，根本無法休息，晚上9:30以後才會安靜。如果白天在外面玩不在乎的就無所謂，想要安靜一點的環境這裏可能不太合適。不過老闆娘服務態度還算不錯，有什麼問題可以溝通。
