老舊的酒店，大堂看着還可以
但是房間裏面挺舊的
抽水馬桶老是漏水
重點是 睡到半夜 啪的一聲巨響吵醒我
暈死原來是天花板上的牆皮
而且看這個天花板 補了好多次了吧？？
重點是 退房時跟前台説了
竟然沒有任何解釋？？
衹是説了一句會反映的呵呵
差一點點就砸到我了無語
價格也不算便宜 還不如加一點去xld或者wdm好嗎
壁壘壁壘 真是花錢買罪受

作為親子游來説，離景點近，交通方便是首選，而且酒店各種設施也很不錯，周圍環境也很好，整個七星巖牌坊和星湖公園盡收眼底，我個人感覺來肇慶市親子游，星湖大酒店應是首選，要是下次有空再來，酒店還是選他。

Biggest bed I have ever slept in 🫣 I mean it was wider than its length 😅😂 spacious room with a fantastic bathtub. Room service made the room so tidy and clean. Best location for the city. The only downside was the reception couldn't speak English at all.

星湖酒店是一間有着三十多年歷史的老牌5星酒店
各項設施完善配套
前台服務也是很周到有禮
我住了三天兩晚，有兩天中午在29樓旋轉餐廳飲茶
那裡的服務真的不敢恭維了
沒人帶位，自己找位置的
坐下後等了好久都沒人來招待
後來一問才知道這個時段都去吃飯了，請問那一家做餐飲的會安排服務員11點半的時候去午餐
來沖茶的服務員態度也是非常差，説她忙不過來，你沒看我在忙嗎
試問一下五星酒店是這樣子招呼客人嗎
去了那麼多五星酒店，星湖餐廳是最差的一間

房間很大，很乾凈，很有老派五星酒店的風格。
自助早餐的環境無敵，但是餐品種類比較少。
周邊環境也無敵，斜對面就是七星湖，正對面就是印象滙，逛街購物都沒問題。
