Never touch their flowers and plants. I have already paid 100 yuan for touching a flowerpot. In addition, the hotel has a very weak awareness of protecting the interests of customers. It handled the conflicts between guests and landlords coldly throughout the whole process, and did not dare to make any comments on the landlord placing flowers and plants within the parking line. Moreover, it did not bear even 0.1% of the responsibility for these unreasonable arrangements. It just handled them coldly, letting the guests and landlords communicate, and finally letting the guests pay the bill.
