I'm very glad to stay at The Radisson Hotel. I like the style of the hotel, fashion, strong sense of design. The service of the front desk is very good, especially GSM PeiPei, a very professional and thoughtful girl. Detailed introduction of the hotel's entertainment and dining, but also recommended nearby attractions and cuisine. Although the epidemic has affected the hotel's business, the hotel's service quality has not been affected at all. I would highly recommend it to my family and friends, come back. First impressions are very important and can determine a guest's experience. The friendly and helpful front desk personel (Echo Huang & Mr Wong) were attentive and ethusiatically answered our various queries. As we found out later, even the housekeeping staff were warm and friendly, accomodating our requests. The service attitude immediately made a very good start to our stay. Room was comfortable and luxurious as befitting a 5+ star hotel. Sound proofing was top notch. The room we stayed in has a balcony and outdoor onsen which gave an excellent view of the tranquil lake beyond. A fine mesh prevents any bugs from entering even the balcony. The view is akin to having the landscapes depicted in chinese paintings come to life! Will definitely stay here again.

The whole hotel gives people a sense of grandeur, luxury, and the only choice. The room facilities are complete, clean and sanitary, with a large balcony, fresh space, especially safe, villa resort, and children like it very much 😘 Next time I go to Zhaoqing, I will continue to choose to stay in this hotel 🏨🎉🎉🎉

The ”Zhaixing Pavilion Room” we stayed in Let's talk about the disadvantages first: 1️⃣There is no elevator, the stairs are a bit narrow, and it's not easy to walk with a suitcase. 2️⃣The socket beside the bed is a bit loose, and the plug is always loose and out of power. 3️⃣The shower head is broken, and the water flow is scattered and flying. 4️⃣This is also the most important point. The lake view room cannot see the lake view because the trees are too tall. Picture 2 is the seller's show and Picture 1 is the buyer's show. Let's talk about the advantages: 1️⃣The location is good, and it is relatively close to Yanqian Village, Dinghushan, Paifang, Impression Hui, Mong Kok BBQ, etc. 2️⃣There is a free parking lot, but there are not many places. It is shared by several homestays and can accommodate about a dozen cars. 3️⃣The service attitude is good and friendly.

The rooms and facilities are very new and smart. The most important thing is the charging pile parking space. It is six minutes from the ancient city wall and 15 minutes from Qixingyan. It is very convenient, worth recommending, and the price is affordable.

I will cerrainly return. The staff were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond their duty to help me when I left my purse with passport in a taxi and had no idea what to do to get it back. They checked cameras, contacted police and ultimately returned my things. Forever grateful. Also, the hotel is close to the entry of the mountain and it offers incredible chinese and western food as well as quiet, clean rooms. Thanks again for such a pleasant stay. M.West

The room was well ventilated, but stayed for two nights, the toilet roll paper was too thin and too small, it was not enough, and it was not convenient to have no hand soap. The highlight is that the parking lot is large, there are about 40 parking spaces, just behind the hotel.

The room type is rather strange and the area does not seem to be 28. But the facilities are complete and the service is super good. It also comes with a breakfast. It is within walking distance to attractions. The price increase during National Day is within the acceptable range
